Omega have an opportunity to sell their Antigen test for the first time for Home Use in the U.K.
The fact they enjoy a Tweet we have had nowt ?
They acknowledge their shareholder base is PI’s and this how they will communicate.

I may be wrong but there has to be a commercial reason they are holding back - they have not even recognised the opportunity never mind announce they are entering the travel market

EU HUA or FDA USA , they know they are close and they have sales deals lined up behind either?

Could be wrong but that’s my personal take.

If this is the case then it could explain their non Tweet/ RNS to say they are entering the Home Testing Travel industry market?

Omega are not obstructed from selling their Antigen test to this market - they clear this hurdle
So what’s the reason?

Had to be tactics of committing capacity to the general European Home Market / ditto USA and they know clearance is due ?

I could be wrong here - we have not even had a tweet -
but suggest something is going on in a hopefully positive way behind the scenes?

Ha! Didn’t quite expect it to be as easy

‘Until last week I thought our only chance to secure U.K. HUA was via the back door of EU HUA but the Government web site indicating there was a possibility tests would be included that are basically in the system has to give us hope we may well be one of the said tests - fingers crossed
suggest Omega submitted their test as well

USA - all down to Mologic that one .

TW, am not sure this matters to Omega shareholders - where we are tonight

Personal view - I may be wrong but this how I see it.

It’s comforting to see the mologic biotech achieve what appears to be a decent performance via an independent EU instructed trial, the false positives/negative ratio's look good overall, we can’t access the Ct / viral load data but these 2 lines provide comfort

Ok so for tactical reasons it was agreed that Omega would be the entity that applied for EU HUA, I suggest this was due to Omega being the better engineer of the two, hence when the EU asked for a user ability study Omega obliged and we can surmise they cleared the hurdle - not saying Mologic are not competent but Omega have a high standing in the diagnostic industry, their paper/ film is considered top draw and they provide consistently high performance kit.

So we are where we are, waiting on the EU but knowing the biotech element is passable and we have submitted a decent deck which has not as yet been passed or failed - think this is fair comment.

WHO /FDA/ Fauci, U.K. Government,can only imagine who Bill Gates has on speed dial as he uses his $ and influence in the Pharma/ Diagnostic world

Omega still has risk as an investment there is no denying that, ditto Colin is unproven pulling off large contracts / sales - as yet

However holding on to Bill Gates shirt tail could well come off and the contracts / sales flow

Did he know the test data when he bought Molgic ?
How can he ‘ sell’ into Africa a test not approved in the USA or EU/ U.K. he’s going to look a right chump ?

I could be wrong and it will £cost me but am holding onto Gates as well via Omega

Moulding / team are said to have privately briefed large institutional shareholders last week - post the 35% share drop

The institutions must have known the Golden Share/pledge would be removed ditto respected Chairman to follow, suggest they may have been privy via conversation to headline sales / margins in advance of next weeks results, this has led to large shareholders actually topping up their already large holdings in THG
