with a tight free float of shares the Shorts are exposed

Focus on Beauty , no debt , maybe £1B war chest
Remove Golden Share / fully indexed

Ingenuity spins off to Nasdaq , again maybe £1B cash no debt
Direct placing, later this year ?

We have decoupled from the General Market Indices and THG trading fundamental's, share price pretty much now driven by which route MM takes and Shorts trying to cover their losses.

- Sell a single division for probably more than the combined divisions are valued collectively, pay off debt and fund remaining divisions in whatever format / structure

- Or except a complete takeout for the Group at a price we would expect to be closer to IPO price

Reckon the Shorts Brokers are working in bursts to square their positions

Scary for them at the moment, they can’t get volume even when the price is marked down , the Market Makers have to push up the Bid to attract sellers - even after the now weekly ST PR placed negative stories

There is a reported 6% shares still borrowed /outstanding
that’s 80M plus shares required , was thinking how could they close when it was 90p, no idea when it’s now £1.12 and that Red Dot could pop up any time ?

IF it was an IPO take out price it would be a combined £360M hit for the Shorts - the now daily margin calls must be getting to them

This Omega2.0 Bod are not to be trusted, buying shares in this company is like putting your hand into a bag of snakes, however because they only have £37k of shares and post disposal of CD4 they have to do something or they will get taken out by PE /trade

I may be wrong and FT is a dog like the rest of the business has been but it may just be a rough diamond for a 100% uplift but the downside could be a wipe out and I've got form calling Omega wrong

Suggest there is some value within FT, take on board what you say mind, its fair comment.

If we know ...they know .... FT generated £3M gross profits on latest accounts, its noticeable we have had no update on this division in terms of gross margins - in fact the silence is deafening

We do know that 2022 rev FT is heading to £9M like for like

On that basis they have £5M gross profit

Dispose CD4 - they have to as its burning cash and they didn't get the £9M

£5M gross with no losses even stripping out the £1M PLC costs and Omega is nice business

Fully appreciate there is risk but this looks pretty firm at the moment, its just CD4 burning the cash but like Alva that will resolved

The big question is what will the BoD do with the £5M as a pot? They need to do something otherwise there will be an approach for the business once they have cleared out CD4 and these jokers only have as we know £37k of shares between them

nb based on above I have bought back, will accumulate around these levels but no rush.

Thought process … assume the rumours are correct and MM has rebuffed bids of £3 - for this discussion point

MM can’t go lower than the highest PE bid , to go totally private back under his control he will need to do a ‘knock out ‘ bid
Other wise he loses control of bidding situation.
IE having to pay more himself IF PE starting bidding against him

However disposing of Nutrition he funds the growth in Beauty & Ingenuity and he is in total control

Going to be an interesting 8 weeks to see how this plays out
