But your downside can be multiples of 000%

What value £200M Rev and £18M EBITA

We have to head back to 60p - where we were just over 2 weeks ago

it’s a£peanuts deal to fund at these levels

Think this acquisition has been somewhat looked over the last 2 weeks

The margin must have gone from 40% to 60% plus post purchase

It handles the R&D/ manufacturing / storage and distribution, it’s the secret sauce in the Rev B business model

They can copy any chemical mix (R&D) and manufacture for Rev B ( parent co) who provide sales/ marketing , so producing products as good as a top brand at a fraction of the cost

No wonder sales have grown so much - they have ceased all external business / orders to focus on parent co

Let’s say results out , EBITA £18M 2nd half - cash must be as they say otherwise the market would have sold down last few days - and the £18M kind of mirrors the 2nd Half £12M EBITA
we should at that point retrace to 50p to 60p
The RNS pins the problems on the previous FD and the new FD has got it all under control and that it’s sorted

Just to play devils advocate they miss the date, shares get suspended and it takes 2 weeks to get sign off
The BoD at this point are shot through completely including the new FD - why I think we will get the results out btw the new FD wouldn’t have damaged her reputation staying on if she didn’t think she could sort

The Business is then a sitting duck for a takeover IF there are any delays, the II’a left of on board will want a deal that brings in a new BoD … only way is a takeover as Minto / Tom are finished

If this was the case we can say NAV plus a premium for the £200M Rev plus £18M EBITA

It’s win win from here in my opinion

Nb their revenue is only £150M a year more

We can guess they are still accumulating at 20p as the price would have took a knock

Once they mop up weak holders / 10% traders we move on to 25p,

MM’s have been accumulating for someone, you could see that from last Friday, easy one to read, hence the 20p was in the can

We should move up now towards 30p and £100M m/cap and NAV

Not too sure how it goes over that number without a Bid for the business - which is possible - or the reiterating with the results of the £18M EBITA, they announce that and has to be back to where it was just over 2 weeks ago at that point ? 55p/60p
