Managed to double my holding on this mornings drop. Watch this fly once the market catches wind of the ridiculous current valuation!

Bounce in the next few trading days is likely given YU have more cash than the value presented by today’s SP.
Low free float works both ways.
Hopefully FCA can clear up what’s been going on behind the scenes and the company can move on.
Certainly not the Xmas present I hoped for!

Given they will naturally paint a picture of "we did a great job of selling back then" the statement is no doubt a little weighted, however, I do agree with the sentiment that YU. will need to rebuild a bit of credibility. This likely one of the reasons for appointing DLA and PWC to oversee the review before issuing any further updates to ensure the maximum "believability factor" regarding there future.

Do you have a link to the original website or location of this statement? Something very similar was shared an ADVFN in November but no one provided any reference to the original doc. I also cant currently see the statement on the Artemis site.

I love all these "another supplier goes bust" because all I see is "another competitor goes bust and their customers need a new supplier".
This is especially the case given that YU are in a strong position with cash in the bank and (If their website and twitter account is to believed) a growing pool of high value customers.

I think its fairly clear you are not here to win a popularity contest. I dont think many of us (myself included) have made many friends via LSE :)
Congratulations on the profit (nothing better than cash in the bank). I cannot however congratulate or agree with the constant negative posting with the intention of driving away potential investors or simply winding up existing holders who have decided to invest in a company to see it grow. As I know you are aware, one half decent RNS and the SP could rightly fly back towards the days of £6.00 plus.

Yes. I think YU has a bright future and is currently showing a real drive to grow and develop ( see their recent tweets and website updates).
Provided the issues reported in October are no worse than initialy indicated and they have continued to pick up new business at the impressive rates reported earlier in the year YU may well deliver the “multibag” so many aim investors desire.
I shall be keeping my fingers confidently crossed.

Based on previous experience, having seen a few shocking aim shares in the past few years where fraud was uncovered (this one not included), most led to an immediate listing suspension/FCA investigation.
Theoretically the II's could go after the BoD for losses but I would imagine they would simply wind the company up and bail out stating there is no money to argue over.
Given I am a holder and proponent of the company I dont think this is likely but only the next RNS can give us a true indication of the future of YU. (Im currently betting big on reasonable news/growth and a drive back north of £6.00 per share before the end of Q1 2019).

The difference between the "rampers" who are arguing the company will reward the a patient (Having invested their hard earned) VS the derampers willing to shout that the company is a dog but have closed all their short positions and are here just to be miserable.

Although the derampers will tell you otherwise, the SP will move very rapidly on any sniff of positive news for a few reasons:
- Very few shares in retail hands (it will be a fight to get in if the SP starts to rise rapidly).
- Due to the severity of the drop in October the gap up to get investors selling again is a long way up the chain (north of £6.00).
- Many investors are well aware that many of the Institutional Investors are in at north of £10.00 per share and as we haven't seen any significant TR1 RNS's it looks like they are holding.

I could go on but as always DYOR - I dont want to be called a ramper :)

I must say the delay is not concerning me at all. The BoD would release news almost immediately if they were aware that the accounting review was going to throw up further issues (In fear that the FCA would hammer them if found to be holding back adverse news).
With the PWC and DLA working on the review it will no doubt cost YU a few quid, however, the practical advice and ideas they can implement will cover the costs in a matter of weeks (especially if the debt recovery team become more efficient - See twitter posts from YU regarding them being given an award recently).

Sorry to ruin the joy you get from hoping others are losing out, but I am in a pretty good position having taken a large chunk of shares at the end of October to lower my average. I imagine many have done similar and will shortly reap the rewards. For those with paper losses @ £6.00 plus, their day will come and I am sure will be back in profit in the not so distant future (Especially given the majority of big holders appear to be confidently holding despite taking placing shares earlier in the year at £10.00 plus)

We are all still here. Unfortunately most have grown bored of the constant attempt to deramp despite the knowledge that one sniff of a decent RNS confirming actions taken to correct accounting issues previously reported and the SP will fly.
Please do keep up the good work though. I have managed to build a mega holding at these bargain basement prices!

Plenty of big buys every week since the accounting update. Big investors dont throw hundreds of thousands into a company unless they know the odds are stacked in their favor.

I guess we will just have to wait for the next RNS but I am not at all concerned. YU has plenty of money in the bank, a growing customer base, are establishing themselves in business water supply (whopping market size) and have been very honest with holders about the state of their accounts since it emerged there "May Be" an issue.

Do you genuinely think that is a possibility?
The accounting error highlighted an irregularity that may adjust the margins for 2018 by as much as £10m, however, the company currently holds more than £10m in cash and has already secured profitable business for 2019 (Over £60m rev last reported).
I honestly cant see the SP going any lower. £10 per share to £1.30 is a ridiculous drop even by AIM standards and many are aware that II's may be hoovering up at a discount knowing full well the majority of buying in the last 12 months was over £8.00 (including all the existing II's from the March fundraise)

The MM's are not afraid to hold shares as they know its easy to accumulate and sell back to the market at a premium due to lack shares in the hands of retails investors (resulting 5-10-15% swings in SP - Easy money).
One sniff of a solid RNS regarding the resolution of the accounting issues and the SP will double (perhaps more).

Fortunately my bank balance does not rely on whether you are happy or not with my answers.

Everyone invests for their own reasons and on their own research. Hats off to the investors holding both long and short term with intention of improving their financial standing. Luckily very few will ever see or have to put up with the constant deramping churned out on this website.

I have given up trying to have any kind of educated discussion on this board.
The derampers appear to have a problem for every solution and are simply taking the approach of drowning out any positive talk with the intention of getting in at lower levels.
Happy to hold and look forward to the next RNS that will no doubt provide some practical solutions to how the company will progress in 2019 (including confirmation of £10mil + in the bank and solid revenues already lined up).
