RNS next week would be a nice to kill off some of the doom and gloom shared.

The number of individuals commenting on the bulletin boards this week steering posters to other investments or trying to influence the SP (both shorters and short term traders) is making LSE seriously unattractive to use. Moderators should really get involved more often.

Another day of MMs keeping everyone guessing. Plenty of trades that will no doubt show up hours if not days late.

The usual stop loss grab (today down to 77.11 / 77.25) was a pathetic attempt to hoover up cheap shares and dropped the SP on less than 1600 shares sold.

SP very steady today with a few % here and there. It soon adds up.

And yet investors keep buying. In fact, it is nearly impossible to buy into the dips as there has been constant buying pressure for the last few trading sessions. Given YU. up-front/honest approach to the situation the FCA are not likely to fine. Its simply not in their interests to further damage a company that has proven its ability to handle difficult financial situations.

More than happy with a few % each day. Although I am sure we would all appreciate a 100-200% day, a steady sustained climb will limit volatility and provide better support for those hoping for an exit much higher up the chain.

I am no mathematician but 4.5GWh at approx £50.00 per MWh works out at the best part of £225,000 on from a single contract.

There isnt going to be a whole lot of holders selling at a profit down at these levels so the mm's will need to lift the bid to find new sellers (most of which are currently north of about £6 unless they have managed to average down over the last few weeks).
Doom and gloom mongers will be all over this in the coming week, looking for a cheap entry/trade. Reality is that one decent RNS regarding the actions taken to improve the order book/revenue/profit and the SP could well head straight up to £3 if not more.

Bid moving up in 0.2p increments almost every minute - MM's fishing for cheap shares again.
Once a £1 goes it should get very interesting.

For those interested - MM's currently offering 82p for 10k chunks.

Not a lot of shares available for retail buyers so the movements will be fairly sharp for the foreseeable.
Shouldn't take much to break through £1 within the next couple of trading sessions.

Good to see the traders trying to influence the SP already. It didn't take long.
I look forward to more days of endless drivel about how the company will collapse, shortly followed something about them getting their desired "entry point"

Hardly a long way to go given the drop from £10.
A proper retake would see this in multiple £ within days/weeks.

Wide spread.
Delaying buys by over an hour (8:15 buy way over the advertised SP at the time).
Cheeky drops to hunt down the stop losses.
Willing to take any volume of your hands (now why would they want to do that?!)

How long will it be before we see the RNS reporting these rumored director buys or a TR1 or two?

I appreciate your concern but I am in no rush. It may come good it may not. I'm betting on them sorting the business out sharpish.
You are more than welcome to say "i told you so" if we are in the same position or worse in 12 months.

Jimzi - I appreciate your point, however, that doesn't mean we have to share the same opinion on the outcome.
I believe (rightly or wrongly) that the errors were just that and no intentional fraud took place, in which case its the job of the BoD to justify the errors to holders big and small.

Provided the BoD can make a solid business case for why the II's should hold-on I am not concerned. If Bobby and Co cannot justify the balls-up and make a solid case of why the II's should remain invested then I would imagine they will either simply sell up or chose to take a different route (possibly court). All of the above at this point is theoretical given that nothing has been confirmed in an RNS.

I am taking the optimistic view. If I am wrong I lose a few quid. If I am right I make a few quid.

Oh come one guys. It surely hasn't descended into the old .......... my mates friends dog told me that YU. was going to buy a space rocket and launch intergalactic energy supply.

At this point I would imagine a few holders would be happy with a suspension. Its certainly not been much fun to watch the SP movement today.

It certainly looks that way. Not sure how long the drop can continue given that everyone selling at this level is making a loss.
Sad thing about it is, while some are being scared into selling up at a whopping loss there is a constant slow of buyers picking up cheap shares who will no doubt be profit in a very short period of time (IMO).
