You know full well that a 85% drop was excessive on an error of less than £10m.

Spread currently at 6% - Now why would MM's want more sellers and less buyers?!

With so few shares in issue the movements in SP are going to be pretty aggressive. Nothing goes up in s straight line.
News is what is now needed so investors can choose to hold or bail out. My opinion is that YU. is worth holding as I cant imagine any of the II's will be happy with the current SP and will be putting pressure on the BoD to sort things out so they can save face (£10 to £1.30 doesn't look good on anyone's books).

YU. has plenty going for them.
A) Money in the bank
B) Growing profit already lined up for 2019
C) Group of pro's looking into accounting issues
D) Company will no doubt look to better deal with bad debtors and pull in more cash
E) Bobby Kalar and Co will want to get any problems dealt with sharpish and get the SP heading back to £10
F) II's may start applying pressure to the BoD given many bought in at £11 earlier in the year
G)Very few shares in retail hands, hence the rapid swings in SP. Every chance a good RNS could fire the SP rapidly to the £5 mark.
In short: I have a positive outlook because I put my real hard earned cash into YU.

Dont worry Jimzi. My response with a positive outlook was also removed. It would appear the moderators are taking the blunderbuss approach to removing content.

The derampers are doing their level best again I see. All seem to have forgotten YU has money in the bank, growing profit lined up for 2019 and a team of pro’s reshaping their finances to better handle bad debtors.
£5 per share In months with so few in circulation and an RNS regarding accounting issues being solved around the corner.

Fair value? “In my opinion” shares are worth £5-6 given the profit adjustment is only a short term pain and there is plenty of pipeline in terms of clients and inbound cash. BK has always intended to grow the company quickly. To do that he’s needed to reduce margins to be competitive and work on a high volume of clients. Granted the accounting oversight highlights that this high volume approach needs work.
At the end of the day, I invest to see companies grow or improve so have a right to an opinion. You appear to be an angry deramper with no holding and a negative agenda.

YU issue an RNS confirming they have got some real pro's supporting them with the account issues previously reported and the derampers appear to have taken the opportunity to shout down every positive comment posted.
If you dont hold any shares, why are you here? Go save the world somewhere else!

YU has cash in the bank, plenty of profit lined up for 2019 and the share price is currently a 1/5 of what was paid by almost all of the institutional investors earlier in the year. To call it a punt is as ridiculous as the efforts made by some of the pond life looking for a lower entry price (knowing full well its already mega cheap).

The calm before the storm perhaps. Should be an interesting ahead with RNS’s expected covering changes in holdings and an update regarding the accounting errors that have or are being put right. Either would rocket the SP.

Another collection of whopping trades reported late. MMs doing their best to conceal the big buying activity.

Another £19.5k late reported buys from this morning.
Funny how the people investing real money are buying and those with no shares are deramping :)

Don't worry. There are still a few positive holders knocking about.
I'm not concerned about the company or the share price in the slightest. BK might be a bit silly for not dealing with accounting errors earlier but he will want to get it sorted very quickly and move on. Especially given he holds half the shares in issue. Next update RNS should put to bed any silly rumors,.

In the meantime:
- £10mil in the bank
- Forward projections showing profit in 2019 and a growing customer base
- Tiny amount of shares in public hands - Not the usual AIM billion share oily
- Big buyers hooving up shares every day
- II's bought in way beyond the current SP - They wont want to sit on a loss so will be either be averaging down, holding or selling up. Given the SP movement in recent days it doesn't look like they are selling!

You forgot to mention the £10 mil in the bank that essentially covers the accounting adjustment :)
Its definitely not a 100% punt. Its a trading business with a growing customer base and an intention to grow not an oil explorer that could potentially dig a dry hole.
I agree that BK has dropped the ball briefly by not addressing accounting issues earlier but he is not going to be happy that he is currently with 60-70% less than a couple of weeks ago. Its in his interests to fix the accounting errors and push the company forward.

Bring on £5 per share :) (Ramp ramp ramp)

Based on the size of the buys processed in recent days retail holders are being flushed out as big players hoover up.
I know there are a few rampant derampers knocking about currently so I can only assume they are sore about missing out on the buying opportunity last week.

LTH's and new holders have very little to worry about. Outlook for Yu is solid and the SP has a long way to go to get back to the levels a large portion of the IIs hold at (£6-£7-£8-£9-£10).

I believe the buyer has to notify the company immediately, however, there is a buffer period for issuing the RNS. You will never see an RNS issued within minutes of the % crossed. Its usually a day or two later.

I am not completely sure but I believe the notification period for a TR1 is 48 hours after the % has been crossed.

New II buying in would need to cross 3% = 489,000 shares
Existing holder(s) increasing would need to buy 163,000 shares per 1% increase.

Strong chance that either of the above has happened / is happening.

MM's currently offering way above Bid for over 10k's worth. Just shows how much they want shares with buyers already lined up.

Another £20k reported late as a sell. Naughty naughty!

Funny old AIM. As soon as a decent rise presents itself the traders dive in to take a quick 10-20%. In this case it appears some managed up to 100% (Tells you just how overdone the drop was).

As for the block buyer(s). Once they are done there will be very few shares left in the hands of those buying at last weeks lows compared to the many LTH's currently sat above the £6 mark. The only way is then up as the MM's will need to entice sellers to keep trading liquid.

Agree with many here that the next achievable level is £3 (quite possibly a fair bit more if a positive RNS drops or a TR1 confirming a big player is loading up).
