Given the severity of the drops in Sept 17 and Feb 18 I would imagine there is a fairly large number of holders currently sat on shares purchased at north of 3/4/5/6p.
What impact do you guys think that will have on the speed at which the price will have to rise to balance buys vs shares available to the market?

I may be wrong but; is it possible that a large number of the new holders resulting from the financing are flipping shares immediately after admission to the market for a quick 30%? As a result, these will get hoovered up at the 1.30 mark (new base SP level) for a day or two before we move north again ahead of rig arrival etc?

The market currently disagrees with your statement. Solid buying through the past few trading sessions and it doesn't look likely it will slow over the coming weeks due to the expectation of positive news.

Had to cancel my 3mil sell at the last second. Rumor has it I can get double/triple my money in a week or two so thought better to hold off :) :) :) Have a good weekend all.

Expect a little rise on Monday as the MM's will be left holding a big chunk and looking to get rid at a profit (if that 3mil sale has been pulled at the last minute).

Directors buy and the price falls away! Confidence really is at an all time low here. Gatemore must be enjoying their summer holidays as they seem to have taken the pressure off the BoD for a little while.

Although the derampers appear to be winning the battle of who can make the most noise the trading volume shows there is plenty of interest here. More impressively today's volume is almost as much as the share volume allocated for the 5.5mil fundraiser. It shows just how quickly these shares will be hoovered up over the coming days.

Funding already priced in thanks to RNS on the 8th June. MM's will pick off a load holders in the first hour and then let them buy their shares back at a premium later in the day. The negative coverage on LSE and Twitter this morning appears mostly to be shorters and bitter ex holders looking for instant profit one way or another.

Great RNS - If not a little slow to arrive! Provided the BoD can provide some clarity on recent rumors regarding financing and they get the equipment to HH fairly sharpish we should start seeing a move beyond 3/4p. Sadly a few holders lost faith in recent days/weeks, however, there is still an opportunity to get back in with a little less risk and make a little money. All IMHO of course.

Now that's my childish outburst dealt with; Has anyone got anything constructive to suggest why we are A) looking at financing options and B)why has SS been so secretive about why these conversations are taking place? I get the impression they want to comply with OGA's rules regarding available funds and want to make sure they have a contingency fund in the bank after the issues BB presented earlier in the year?!

Its starting to look a bit suspect! Dare I say we are seeing some good old AIM mates rates trading? Lift the price to move on a good chunk of shares and then let the price drop away to the original level.

�1m for a division valued at �10m less than 12 months ago. Bod are going to drive the shareholders out and take forward as private entity (no one is going to want shares if they continue to rip off holders)

The market has clearly not been wowed by the news! Sadly it looks like we will be relying on contract wins to get the SP moving upwards.Hopefully the board can pull a few out the bag pre-Christmas.
