Is that a joke H-hi? I agree that Gatemore are pulling the strings now but that is down to their holding not the loan agreement. Gatemore have agreed to a loan as it gives them an additional return while the business is sorted out by their elected directors, at which point the share price will provide the return. Why would Gatemore liquidate a company they own so much of! Like us, they stand to lose out if the share price drops.

The RNS today explains the unusual trading patterns. Cannacord were loading up (3.663% now held). Great to have another steady II on board. As the phrase goes........ follow the big money.

Its been interesting to see the price movement over the last few trading days. Although we have had no positive news it looks like investors are seeing how undervalued dx is compared to peers. As noted by a few others on LSE it will only take a little news to fire the share price upward (My money is on new director and some more of the dead weight BoD being shown the door). The last RNS resulted in a drop that was massively over done and as if by magic we are back into the 8s. Onward and upward :)

In the mean time we get to watch PI's have their stop losses triggered and the shares magically disappear. Dare I say someone is potentially loading up behind the scenes again and probably knows we are in good shape.

Looks like there are very few willing to sell. MM's are triggering stop losses again to try and bump start some trading (If Gatemore are not already hoovering up any sells)

"John Kennedy, Chief Executive of the Company, will become Non-Executive Director of Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust" Did they even look at Kennedy's track record? He has an amazing talent of turning lots of money into nothing. Just what an NHS trust needs :)

If peel are intending to break 30% and make an offer. They would need to bid approx 1p per share for the remaining 70%! I am not a big fan of Proxama after they turned a large sum of my hard earned into peanuts but would considering throwing more money in if it transpired Peel were aiming for a T/O.

Borrowed from another site: When a person or group acquires interests in shares carrying 30% or more of the voting rights of a company, they must make a cash offer to all other shareholders at the highest price paid in the 12 months before the offer was announced (30% of the voting rights of a company is treated by the Code as the level at which effective control is obtained).

Based on the trading pattern on Monday/Tuesday it looks like they had set a price and MM's worked out the rest in open play. There were quite a few worked drops that knocked out PI's/Stop losses and were followed by larger buys including a couple of buys worth over £300k. Sadly a few PI's will have been locked out having sold into the drops and will now be paying a premium to get their shares back over the coming days/weeks.

Seriously good news. Gatemore have added another 2.5%. You don't up your holding like that (now 23.84%) unless you are mega confident of a decent return.

Unless you are desperate for the cash there is no point selling at this level. Gatemore are putting the pressure on DX. to make positive (profit generating) changes and will want to see a fair return for their efforts. I would imagine the next RNS will include the proposed changes to the BoD taking effect, at which point the SP will no doubt rise (Seen similar on AIM 2 or 3 times this year). MM's know that impatience results in PI's selling up to move elsewhere, hence why they could get away with the ridiculous spread on Monday/Tuesday. Essentially they sold shares back to bigger buyers with a 20% premium. Easy money.

Looks like they are happy with 9p+ at this stage. Wouldn't be surprised if we finish level. Easy money for MM's today after triggering stop losses earlier and now selling back to the market at a 20% premium. They know full well that Dx. is cheap at this level.

You have to feel for the guys that sold small volumes early on. Clearly got robbed by the huge spread/false drop. Bigger buyers immediately hoovered up and we are now back above 8p.

33% spread. MM's were clearly not expecting this to come back on the market today.

Can't see any big movement either way. RNS not amazing but lots of positive changes have been made over the last 5 months (including major changes to BoD).

Trading resuming with new board appointments due shortly.

I honestly think that if they resumed trading now we would see the SP head upwards. While suspended DX have fended off a potential fraud issue, opted for a better deal for shareholders instead of dealing with MNZS, sacked the dead weight BoD and continued to reduce costs. We also have Gatemore pushing for improvements to grow the value of their holding. Surely that lot has got to be worth 15p+.

My bet is they simply don't want to resume trading on bad news. Not a lot of people in profit at this level but that doesn't stop them selling up to move into new opportunities to recover losses.

I get the impression that gatemore have a lot to do with the merger being called off. At least DX. doesn't need to worry about the additional debt from the merger and instead focus on the required restructuring.
