I personally cant see Mr Kalar being too happy with his 8.6million shares at the current value, not to mention the line of very angry II's wanting to know when they will see a return for their rather large investments.

The business model is sound and it looks like (from their recent website/twitter activity) they fully intend to grow and offer more services at a competitive level. IE: Its not a case of them willing to roll over and play dead.

Yep. Share.com didn't even give me a price! Someone did well to pick a few shares up on the cheap.

The scaremongering will no doubt continue until we see another RNS.

If like me you are confident of a turn around its an opportunity to buy more. I now hold double the number of shares I did a week ago and will continue to buy into the new year. With or without the II's (We are yet to see a TR1) the company will be back to its best in 2019.

The SP should go a lot higher than that once we get confirmation of actions taken by FCA.
Once dealt with, there should be no more bad news and the company will be focusing on growth to make up for the less than perfect 2018 accounting (Perhaps the commercial water supply will prove fruitful).

You got to laugh. Its funny watching the buys flow in with little effect on the SP - Im sure it will settle soon enough.
Not sure whether this is the case but the very same happened in October shortly before they let the SP rise from 102p to 210p on a matter of days. No doubt a few made a lot of money in a very short time.

You also said you might pop back in to consider YU in 2020 which raises 2 points:
1) If you are willing to look at YU in the future it is clearly not "un-investable)
2) You came back a year early :)

MM's are having a laugh. Dropped to 60p to pick up shares and immediately sold the lot @ 66p. So much for getting away another top up!

Its easy. You open a broker account and add cash before selecting an investment you like the look of.
Its quite good fun. I keep buying shares in YU.

At no point has there been any information published relating to £12m being paid back to investors. You are deliberately trying to mislead people.
I agree that the FCA are not round for a cup of tea but at lot of what they do is offering practical advise on how the company can better present its financial information (And before you suggest it - They dont often allocate a fine unless criminal activity is uncovered)
I wouldn't be too surprised to see a placing in the future to bridge the gap short term gap in profit but this will not hugely effect the SP as there are so few shares in retail hands.

What you are saying that the cash in bank represents 25p in every share?
Good luck finding AIM shares that can boast that level of available cash to support the SP. Most are in minus figures.

The YU. BoD have the money and expertise to turn the businesses fortunes around in very little time. The accounting error was somewhat disappointing but it is at least fixable.

For those of you that are interested the MM's are currently willing to take (dummy sell) over 10,000 shares @ 67p.

Take from that what you like but I would say they are loading up for a big buyer given they have lifted the real bid all day to try and entice sellers (not that there will be many at this level!)

Although I agree that the II's can afford to lose occasionally there has been no indication that they are selling up and as a result have not shown a willingness to "write off" their investment in YU.

I have no idea at what level the II's will plan their escape but I cant imagine its at -92%. They know as much as anyone that the low volume of shares in issue means they could easily see themselves 100 / 200% north of the current SP with very little buying/selling activity. That could well be a possibility once the dust settles and we see a few more RNS's showing YU progressing the business and making profit. Given their twitter activity regarding the introduction of water supply, they are clearly looking for new opportunities to balance the books rather than rolling over and letting the company fail.

My apologies for not following your instructions - I fully intend to keep buying at every opportunity I see fit.

The BoD have stated they intend to turn around the companies fortunes and as far as I am aware the Institutional Investors are holding until they can at least see a large portion of their investment back. Much of which was made at north of £8/£9/£10. Makes for a long upward journey once the dust settles.

There are some incredibly sad people knocking about on this board.
Already read 4 or 5 “told you so” posts amongst others shouting that everyone invested is somehow stupid or irresponsible.
What amazes me is that the real holders are constantly being drowned out by negative dross. This BoD will turn the company round in good time. Unfortunately until then it looks like we (real holders) will have to put up with constant aggressive negativity.

Safe to say I am not over the moon with today's announcement after doubling my holding yesterday but at least thats the majority of the bad news out of the way.
It also looks like the MM's have taken the opportunity to pick up a lot of cheap shares and likely took out a few stop losses early on. We will no doubt now see a bounce of the coming days.

I wouldn't say "poor" anyone with cash to invest at this point. The RNS today has given the the SP a real kicking but opened up a mega buying opportunity. Thanks to this mornings drop I have nearly doubled my holding. Marvelous!

Chaebol. I would hope no one is offering shorts on YU at the minute (unless they like giving away money). Only one way the SP will be heading now.
My point was that the shorters that have not yet stepped out of YU may be having one last blast on the bulletin boards to exit at their desired price. If they hold on now for a lower point they deserve to lose out.

A broken clock is correct twice a day - This time the derampers called it right but its now time the long term holders saw some upward movement.
What do I know - I keep buying YU. - Hopefully it will be my turn to get it right soon :)

As much as the shorters are again trying to shout down the SP it wont stop the price drifting upwards in the coming days/weeks. There is a tiny number of shares available to retail buyers and the MM's will need to lift the SP to keep trading liquid (not to mention they probably would like a few extra £ before Christmas).

Even some of the long term derampers have turned and bought shares today knowing full well its bargain basement.
I dont think £10 will be back with us too soon but north of £3.00 would be an easy target for January, provided the FCA are reasonably happy with the work undertaken by DLA and PWC.

Having seen a few AIM listed companies investigated on aim this is the first time I have seen them release an RNS and not suspend trading. I wonder whether its a box ticking exercise advised by DLA and PWC to make sure that future financial reports are not tarred with the poor financial reporting of 2018.
