Presentation is pretty short and sweet. No new information although nice to see the BoD reconfirming their desire to pull in business with solid margins rather than simply being the "cheapest" option to potential customers.
Hopefully only a short wait now until some solid HY figures and something exciting to get the SP motoring back to the heady heights of £10 :)

Pretty incredible to see the SP slipping below 160 today.
Given the potential positive news (Additional cash, growing revenue, waving goodbye to old unprofitable contracts) It seems odd that individuals are selling up (all be it very slowly).
The II's stuck at north of £10 must be pulling their hair out!

Lets hope they keep buying . Many were expecting north of £5 per share after the recent bonanza of positive news.

There were plenty of rumors flying about of a buy-out last month that didn't amount to anything.
I doubt it would happen as BK would want north of £10 per share (Given he owns over 50% and most of the II's are invested above that level) and I cant see any organisation wanting to pay that given we are barely scraping £2.00 currently.
Happy to be wrong but I don't intend on selling a single share below £8.00 (provided I have the choice).

I hold shares both here and in YU energy. Both have dropped very positive news in the last few weeks, including new contracts and activities of high commercial benefit/value. Neither have risen anything like they should have. What on earth is going on with AIM at the minute.
2-3 years ago contract news for stable AIM listed companies would have seen 100% rises. Now there seems only to be an appetite for traders to make a quick 10% every now and again.

FCA - No issues reported and no fines or further action
Accounting errors - Fixed
Cash - Increasing every month
Profit - See above (cash position does not increase without profitable contracts - healthy profit on the horizon - Circa 10%)
Director buying shares to accompany his already substantial holding of circa 52%.

I genuinely thought we would see a solid rise today given that Milton appear to have sold out completely and there should only be a limited number of holders in profit following last weeks rise (SP then needs to move northward to find new sellers).

Any interesting theories?

I believe Milton are selling up across a large portion of their portfolio after having a rough year. Their clients must be thrilled at the whopping losses they have made, not to mention selling shares in company that will double its value in a matter of weeks :)

Does anyone have an opinion on whether Milton may have continued to sell their remaining holding today? (resulting in a further drop in SP)

I understand they are not in the best financial position currently and have been selling up to balance the books but given the number of shares traded they must be all out or at least very near too.

Provided there isn't any price sensitive news in the pipeline the directors can continue to buy. It would be nice to see BK and the BoD removing a few more shares from the market. At least they can be relied upon to hold on to them for more than a few days :)

This will always be a volatile share given microscopic amounts of shares available to retail investors, however, some people really need to have a word with themselves.
Granted there will be a chunk of holders selling at profit thanks to last weeks rise but the number of small sells going through is daft and is clearly being used to suppress any rise.
Just hold on to your shares. The MM's will soon run out and have to lift the price well beyond the current range.

I feel your pain. AIM has been a real casino in the last few years.

Hopefully Milton will have soon finished selling and we will see a re-rate towards the good old days of £10.
Given the huge number of institutional investors stuck at £10 and the small free float it wont take much to send the share price northward. Hold for Gold!

Why would Milton dispose of shares so early in the recovery? They must be making a thundering loss on their initial investment!

Cheers Suffolkpompey. I have given up calling Shore so hopefully an email to IR will work. Not sure whether it is a good sign or not given the recent rumors but I have called SC 5/6 times and still not spoken to a member of the team appointed by YU.

Does anyone know who/where the investor relations emails go to? Are they forwarded to an external agency or do have an in-house team.
Sent an email a while ago and wanted to follow it up but cant seem to located a direct number.

Now that would be a funny story.

Has anyone had any luck contacting Shore Capital?
Called a few times in the last few days to see if they can give an indication of what is going on regarding meetings supposedly taking place with YU group in London last week and the rumour that an offer had been made for the company (Reported to be @ £7.20 per share)
So far after three calls I haven't spoken to either of the appointed reps shown on the various RNS's.

Tell us more Les. What do you think is the issue here?

There were quite of few mid sized buys around £20k+ mark on Wed/Thursday (Now worth £35-50k). Those buyer can now offload with a healthy profit (50 to 100% gain). Fair play to them if they decide to put the money elsewhere but they wont be getting their shares back if any of the II's are loading up.
