The same individual also suggested the financial reporting would be organised in June having had an official email response.

It would appear that the market see's the RNS as a hit. Up 13% already. A long way to go before I part with my shares but its a good start.

Given that the RNS states that steps have been made to correct historical errors/issues I would imagine many will see the RNS as a step forward rather than crying over spilled milk.

Where is the SP heading today after a very honest and detailed set of results!
Given the current SP stands at a 10th of the value seen only 12 months ago (£1 v £10 per share) you would hope onward and upward would be the order of the day.

I actually quite like that the BoD have decided to take the "under promise - over deliver" approach here.
They needed to take a more cautious to winning new business as a high number of clients in 2017 we gained on the back of mega low margin deals it would seem.

I will be impressed if they can spin things round as fast as they are saying. Back to a positive EBITDA in sub 12 months. I would imagine this is underpinned by them knowing what the current order book looks like and the margin levels achieved on new contracts.

All in good time. If the buying pressure is as it seems the MM's will be forced to lift the price to find sellers.

I am still expecting a substantial delayed rise as once the SP starts climbing there could be a scrabble for new buyers to get in on the action. All imho of course but its hard to see why the SP is at the current level given the partnerships in place.

Having checked back on the RNS I can see they did confirm that Q2 was the target for the next financial report, however you appear top have used this to suggest a drop in SP until then.
As I stated in my earlier reply, there may be updates in the meantime that could effect the SP so your suggestion that there will be a drop in price over the coming weeks is simply an attempt as "de-ramping".

I find it slightly odd that investor relations would provide a definitive timescale for an RNS knowing full well it could effect the SP.
I guess they could release news relating to new business obtained and FCA progress in the meantime which would help the share price greatly. Who knows. I’m holding on for now as very little news could vastly effect the SP given the current bargain basement levels compared to 2017/2018.

No ramp intended. I have come to expect this kind of thing from AIM.

The amount of times over the years I have watched some shares climb 1-200% for no apparent reason while others have stayed level or dropped on the release of mega news. It really is a bit of a casino.

Take a look at YU's recent tweet regarding electric vehicles.
EV points are going to be a vital component of intercity business in the coming years as fossil fueled vehicles are gradually banned from large cities.
Can you imagine the wattage required to charge even 10% of commercially used vehicles in somewhere like Birmingham or London.
Now I wonder, who could supply this energy (while saving companies a fortune on fuel costs)!

There is a definite effort being made by some individuals to short or attain a buy in price lower than the current.

YU have continued to grow and will likely still be pulling in more clients with improved profit margins.

For those using review sites for an insight into a companies success go and look at other energy suppliers reviews - People vary rarely provide a review unless they are aggrieved. As a result, most review sites are full of over excited/angry individuals (much like the LSE BB's :).

The rampers are ramping
The company is ramping (via Twitter)
The director is ramping (via interviews)
New business has been secured (yes I know what an MOU is)
Partnerships thus far have been with huge organisations with global reach.

The end result..................................................... The share price falls. Good old AIM!

I know its not that likely but it would be nice to see a delayed response to this weeks RNS with the SP heading northward in a big way.
New buyers have had a little time to do their due diligence and there is a high chance or more new next week so it would make sense that we see a little rise at least. Who knows at the aim casino.

They will be seriously distressed if they finish selling and the SP sails past 2p :)

If the share price is being pushed by the rampers they are a doing a terrible job.
Take a look at the RNS's in recent months. The team at YU are not sat on their hands. £1 is somewhat of a bargain. IMHO of course :)

Dont forget that EQT Tweeted yesterday about inflow of more positive news in the very near future.

Im not saying AIM is corrupt but....... If the MMs are aware of that news or the impact it will have on the SP they will happily take as many shares as possible to sell them back to the market at a princely premium.
Knowing what LSE is like there will also be a number of derampers surfacing in an attempt to buy in on the cheap ahead of the next RNS.

To tweet something like that they must be in receipt of positive information. If not, they would deliberately misleading the market and could be subject to an FCA investigation which leads me to believe we are in for a treat in the very near future.

I wonder whether that little drop was the MM's taking in a few shares on the cheap (best part of a 20% discount vs the SP around lunch time).

Hopefully the village idiots didn't scare to many smaller investors into selling up at what is the beginning of a potentially very rewarding ride.

The share price is sat at 1/10 of its value vs the same period last year thanks to the FCA investigation. In the mean time YU have picked up more profitable business, expanded their service offerings and grown their internal teams to handle more customers.
There is also the chance that FCA will find no wrong doing or only issue a small fine. At which point the SP would multi-bag immediately (Dont also forget that a large portion of the available shares are held II's and BK north of £8.00)

Since the de-rampers are playing guess the price lets all get involved (you guys make me laugh). Lets start the bidding at £10.00 per share.

Its not particularly exiting holding YU shares at the moment but they are certainly worth holding on to given the small number of shares in issue, a growing order book and the old low profit contracts being replaced by new deals with better margins.
Mr Kalar will certainly want to see the SP back in the region where he acquired shares (Their twitter account and website certainly show a desire to grow and secure more business).
