The de-rampers have now gone from "its going down to 75p" to "the news isn't that great".
Absolutely blinding news for a company with a mcap as small as eqt. We now have a huge chunk of cash inbound with secured revenue for 20 years. Try finding another AIM listed business with that kind of financial security.

applegarth - I'm more than happy to be 2nd place if it means the SP reaches 3p.
It would certainly be a pleasant step in the right direction that would hopefully silence a few of the resident de-rampers :)

EQT has always been that business with news "just around the corner" or "in the near future". Although I believe IP compounded the issue with slightly rampy interviews earlier in the year it has essentially now put the pressure on him to deliver or disappear and I honestly dont see him leaving EQT without delivering shareholders some real value (rather than this slightly boring 0.05p up/down recently).
Fingers crossed for a little positive news in the coming week or so. Given the fairly reasonable number of shares in issue it wouldn't take much to send the share price back to the heights of 2016.

MM's are either short on shares or someone needs to have a word with their broker.

It will be interesting to see if there is a sudden swing in sentiment as the de-rampers get their target price and spend a few days talking it up to rinse and repeat only a few weeks later. Its incredibly frustrating to see in action and sadly an issue across too many aim companies.

I'm not sure about the MM's games theory given that the rise has continued and more new buyers are coming in on the rise. New financial year with FCA new likely not far away and YU will have continued to hoover up new business.

Definitely not pointless. Todays trading has been fairly tame but it does at least mean shares have been changing hands a little higher than previous days. We also know that IP is earning his pennies by continuing to pursue new business and the future is bright (ish).
Happy to see this rise a little at a time as the high volatility in SP does not help us long term (just means the day traders earn a few quid).

I think some one on here mentioned something similar earlier but I kind of wish IP had released small updates over the course of the last month rather than holding on for the one that he perhaps expected to shift the SP northwards rather more substantially.
With the day traders having made their 10% its looking like we are heading for a finish barely 2% above the open price (despite what is a fairly positive RNS). Let see what buys/sells are reported after hours. Its usually a good indication of whats ahead for tomorrow.

LSE finally showing the RNS. I feel sorry for the guys paying for their premium service!

IP clearly not worried about using the terms “near term” and “imminent “ among others to describe the pipeline of potential new contracts/ revenue generators. Leads me to believe that we may see a good run of RNS’s in the coming weeks, at which point sub 2p will become history.
IP has done more for eqt in 6 months than the old BoD did in years. Not a man holders should doubt.

Nice update. MM's somehow managing to hold the SP @ 0.92p. Given the rather positive RNS that adds to the already firm pipeline of projects/potential contracts we should see a fairly sharp return to the heights of mid January is not beyond (Contract values potentially higher than the current mcap).

We just need Mr Price to report on something other than potentials, if, buts, maybes, possibles or pipelines and we might even see a rise in SP :)

I should have probably been a little clearer with my comments. You are absolutely right that there has been a pretty much daily fall in SP since early march (IMHO thank to a lack of real news after IP's positive comments earlier in the year), however, it would appear that there has been a sudden uplift in posters coming to the realization that the SP is falling today and not realizing that this is AIM, the home of volatility. I have held many a share during swings of -/+50% and thankfully still made money (The hardest part is remaining patient and not chasing other opportunities too soon).

A drop of less than 5% and half the BB are losing their mind. Really??? This is AIM - In EQT's case; with low liquidity, high volatility and potential news that could massively effect the share price (either way). Sadly I bought in when the SP was a little higher, however, those picking up a good volume at this level could be in for a real treat. (IMHO of course)

Very true. I must admit I have learnt the odd thing from BB's, however, it does appear that most of the time its ramper vs deramper (some of which believe they are influencing the SP).

Most would probably call me a ramper as I tend to say positive things about the companies I invest in. The derampers/detractors I dont really understand their logic as many dont appear to be invested and spend a huge amount of time warding investors old and new away.
