Incredibly frustrating seeing mm's scare off small private investors only to hand the lot to a big buyer a few minutes later at a handsome profit.
Would not surprise me if Mr Turner is pulling in more shares.

Not a chance. BK wouldn't take £3 and the II's would block any deal that would result in them losing out, particularly if they took shares at £10+ (Gatemore capital did something similar with DX group a couple of years ago when the BoD tried to get involved with John Menzies group).

A few of us on this BB called out the rubbish circulated regarding industry payments. Its now even more annoying given these clowns drove down the SP for the benefit of an already fairly wealthy chap that has acquired 5% of the business at a quite frankly ridiculous discount.
SP is likely to head northward rapidly now given the additional interest generated by Mr Turmers purchase (let's hope he is forced to pay the £5 plus per share the company is worth at some point)

A little surprised we haven't cleared the more nervous sellers and headed back towards 1.15 today.
No one really likes a placing of any kind but the reality is the BoD have not put a foot wrong and are raising cash to invest in something almost all existing holders will support.
II's wont be throwing big money into RBD unless the returns are almost guaranteed so if the placing moves forward as expected and the 20m is raised its a seriously good sign.

A sensible level would be north of £5 :)
Given our new buyer and their experience in the energy market this is looking like a great buy for new investors. I have thrown the kitchen sink at YU at a higher level so hoping for a good few months ahead.

Given Mr Turners buying activity there must only be about 15% of shares available to retail investors now. Should make for some interesting SP movement if/when more buyers turn up!

So its possible to acquire over 16m shares over what imagine would be a reasonable amount of time and the SP remains level. Oh to have the right friends in the right places!
I suppose we will remain where we are until Mr Turner has finished loading up!

Oh and for the love of god stop posting about failing B2C energy firms. It simply doesn't effect YU.

In the meantime, the miserable holders (from north of £10), de-rampers and trouble makers will be here to tell us the sky is falling.

Unfortunately by understanding of the RO Certs is pretty limited (Hence by previous fag packet maths).
Even with my limited knowledge the £11m stated by some of the individuals on the BB is a mad figure that YU could not simply avoid telling the market about (If they did the FCA would be knocking on the door).

There seems to be quite a lot of bull being shared regarding ROC payments which appears to have having an adverse effect on the SP
£48 per ROC would mean that YU would need to acquire at least 229,000 new accounts since the last payment to reach the £11m being quote on this BB.
If 229,000 new customers have been acquired (I very much doubt it) the revenue figures would be in the region of £2,061,000,000 (If only)

Given we are now outside of the closed period (Provided their isn't any mega news to be released) I wonder if they may take the opportunity to buy more shares. The finance director only recently took a decent chunk but could average down and Bobby Kalar could take more shares if he wanted to further reduce the number of shares available to retail investors .

I gave up posting for a few days because it was clear that no matter what was said (mainly if positive) a group of derampers would just bury the post with numerous false statements that were clearly made to deter new investors and/or reduce the SP.
The company on basic figures along is worth 3x the current valuation and that is being conservative. Compared to most of the drivel on AIM YU. is a safe bet long term,

What the de-rampers appear to be missing is that the money raised has thus far has not only remained in the bank but has increased (cash does not just turn up in the bank account by magic).
Whether the money is used to make payments or to aid the growth of the company, long term holders couldn't care less, provided costs are justified and result in a stronger more profitable business that in turn lifts the share price.

Could anyone enlighten me as to what value or percentage drop triggers the clowns to arrive on LSE. Every time YU drops, whether for a week or a month a bunch of experts arrive quoting buy in prices that in no way reflect what is possible in the real world.
YU is back to cash in the bank value in terms of mcap, they have addressed a number of issues regarding accounting/auditing and are now expanding rapidly with solid targets to bring on board clients with improved margins (Vs 2017/2018). Most AIM companies in this position are trading at many multiples of today's price.

Given the very well documented past record and the developments of the past 12 months I think you may find that the management have no option other than to provide timely, reliable information.

As far as RNS's go its pretty solid, honest and gives a good indication of what lies ahead.
The price movement is being driven by low float and the rainbow chasers moving on. Like many I was expecting a rise today , however, I am more than happy to hold long term given we are now back to the point where the cash outweighs the market cap. Try finding an investment on AIM with those metrics!

I am amazed we are still talking about a range of £1.90 - £3.00 as a selling price.
If the RNS does not launch the SP beyond £3.00 I will be genuinely surprised. The BoD have provided no warnings nor have they given any indication that things are going in the wrong directing so I am pretty confident in my holding,.

Not surprised that volume picked up after Zaks comments. That said the SP has been sat at joke levels for too long. Most can't sell at profit until north of 6 quid so the MMs have no where else to go but up.
