OK Hallowed. Let's put that in terms which everybody understands:
- It appears (although you don't seem to like to put in words) you don't believe that matd will enter a JV in 2020; if that is your opinion then say it!
- Should you be wrong: Nobody is asking you to admit your failed prediction. But maybe you would do it just as well.
- If C/S was right with (and would believe in) all his predictions concerning matd (and any other of his AIM investments) he wouldn't have to waste his time on this or any other AIM board. He would be enjoying his profits on the beach or elsewhere. That doesn't seem to be the case - does it?
You say "...get us back up to 4p". That sounds as if you may actually be a matd investor - interested in a SP rise. I recall that you've previously taken a completely different stance here.

On Wednesday, July 1 @10.59 I posted "Well, we're almost there"; a (cynical) reference to the SP prediction of 2.9p - full stop.

Don't call posters on this board "Trolls" just because you don't understand the message.

I didn't quite understand what it was you intended to say ("distant from reality fantasy"?) . Could you pls try again?

At the risk of amusing you even more: Several posters on this board have been saying (since 2011) matd are going down and will not survive (in your words: "on its last leg"). But looky here - for some miraculous reasons matd are still around. In the meantime (and finally) matd have struck oil.
Now if someone comes around and continues with the "down the drain" type of language I've really got to wonder. Clearly if you're a short termer: I recommend you keep your hands off of matd (although quite a few of the short termers have actually been successful with their short term matd investment strategy).
Leave it up to the LTH who have the patience to reap the rewards here.

Good idea - at least once we've actually been able to "take something out". Until then many of us PIs (inlcuding myself) will gladly accept donations.

know when to jump in. Not a great day for those investors - like me - who are waiting for news which will propel the sp. It's all going to fall into place - don't let the waiting period get to you.

their inability to be patient. That is what the current situation requires. If the exploitation license grant comes in during the next 2-3 weeks - guess who's going to be kicking their asses? If it should take a bit longer - well then some investors will be surely licking their wounds.

(at least from my modest POV):
1. The current SP does not reflect PM's potential and I believe it will be at least twice as high by the end of the year.
2. We keep being reminded by certain posters on this BB that the PM investment is not risk free. I don't recall anybody on this board has ever claimed that to be so (just to point out that we are not dealing with idiots here!).
3. I have no clue what the chances for term investors are - simply because I'm a LTH.
4. Once PM has - finally - received its exploitation license it can start doing what it's best at: Producing Oil!
5. Oil production will be well received by potential investors and share holders.

Starchild: As far as his posts go, Bonum is not giving any advice. However, it appears to me that he is contributing substantially to this board - which does not apply to you. Should you have a grudge or any other problem with Bonum than please be more concrete.

Long time to wait? How long?
Sorry, but the "meaningful" exploitation licence could be granted at any time. I don't know - do you? This grant is obviously the subject of speculation. Although nobody knows when, everybody knows that it will happen. Once the license is granted, investors will be scrambling to get in (presumably at a much higher SP).

Thx for your response Dozzawba and pls excuse the sentimental nature of my post. I hope you're right - that's what most of us LTHs are here for - and in my case for an investment period which has turned out to be extremely long (to say the least). Let's hope we LTHs finally get rewarded for our patience.

Dozzawba: In the "good old days" (February 2017) I was holding 1.6% of PM's shares. I like to say that to myself because it sounds pretty damn good. Not trying to brag here at all. In the meantime my holdings are only (but still!) half of what they were and the shares in issue have increased so much that I dare not calculate my holdings percentage at this time.

It's difficult - I admit - to just ignore claims that are false or misleading "for the sake of balance on the BB". All I can say is: We've tried the "ignore concept" - and you can see where we've ended up.

As I said @14.52: The "reds" just can't wait - they'll be kicking their as*es again soon enough.

In the "earlier days" (2016/2017) posters would say: The sellers have probably all sold out - looks like this share can only go north from here.
Nowadays, we've got about 4 times (or more?) the amount of shares as we did at that time. Therefore: Until PM isn't an oil producer and displays revenues vs. costs this share will continue to be the subject of (huge) speculation. During those speculative times you simply can't trust any SP rise. Nevertheless, I'll take any rise with pleasure.
