Agree GKahn: Whatever the issues may be it is fair to say that they are business- and operations-relevant. News on those topics typically have an impact on the SP. So: Holding news back would be a violation EVEN of AIM regulations which - from my POV - are often only half-heartedly enforced).

justify PM's silence for the last several weeks/months - and that would be: VERY GOOD NEWS IS AROUND THE CORNER. I very much hope that that's the case. Leaving their investors and the market in the dark would otherwise be completely unacceptable. There's really not much more to say.

Thx Dozzawba and JimiTB: As we all know it's not important what the response contains - it will always be filtered in a way which is in line with all regulatory and other legal requirements.
What's important however, is that PM's MarCom department (or whatever it may be called) is fully aware that the PI community is extremely disappointed with PM's communication efforts and expects to receive an operational update regularly, i.e at least once a month and must include updates on current events concerning PM which the PIs are forced to read about in the press. PM has clearly not fulfilled that requirement; last operational update was in March 2020.
Sorry to say but - as far as PM is concerned - no news appears to be BAD NEWS.

GKahn: Thank you very much for your offer. I would never say NO to any opportunity which strikes me as such. But at this time I prefer to stick with PM although there seem to be certain road blocks which need to be overcome before this company lifts off. I have decided to live with that. I believe in PM's potential - which is clearly there. Whether it can be exploited or not is - as we've seen and keep seeing - is a completely different question. It's a gamble - no questions asked.

MrMM: I assume you've haven't been around very long. My last post is based on my experience with PM's SP development. I agree that I cannot forsee how the market reacts going forward. But what is currently happening is what I have experienced many times before. What I am saying is therefore (at least) based on my experience during many years as a PM investor. Love it or leave it. I don't have a crystal ball.
As long as PM is unable to pull oil out of Heron 1 it remains to be an exploration company without oil find. And as such it is subject to speculation. Don't believe me - believe the market - and what is its message? Think again before posting such nonsense.

There's no point in speculating. We (LTHs) know very well that in the absence of (good) news PM's SP is going nowhere. The chickens are in currently in charge and we know what they can do to the SP (selling @2.85p!).
Let's just be patient and wait for the exploitation license grant. The earlier it comes the better. At any rate it will change this ball game.

I totally agree with you Rooky: It's best you follow the advice of those you consider to be PM experts. Good luck with that. Hope you get an acceptable price when bailing out.

Hamm: If you read my post correctly I was referring to short term investors. And my statement remains as it is: Short termers should keep their hands off PM for their own sake.
Nobody needs to agree with that statement.

Copy that GKahn. I've got a bit more than half your holding and therefore understand what you're talking about. As I already said today - PM is not communicating as they should. Very diappointing. However, given the overall situation PM's in I am willing to be patient. I can only hope that's a good decision.

I find PM's silence for quite some time now rather disturbing. I don't believe anyone could - at this time - claim "no news is good news".
There appears to be a series of issues which PM need to clarify - regardless of its (potential) negative impact. They owe that to their investors and to the market!
I hope the messages sent to PM will result in a reaction.

at this time are what we investors have gotten used to (over the years) as we have no insight and/or knowledge of PM's operational planning and deliberations. Investors (as well as non-investors) can speculate and interpret as they like.
Personally, I rely solely on what PM has achieved to date and on its management (which could actually make PM a successful company within the next - let's say - 2 years).

PM have (finally) found oil. Their management appears to be experienced and credible. Those 2 criteria have convinced me that this investment will finally come very good. If that were not the case I would bail out.
