The statement "millions of reasons" per se is not very helpful - at least not to those who are interested in understanding why this should be so. Maybe you could elaborate a bit more and shed some light on what you think Petro China is up to.

I sympathize with the frustration being vented on this board. On the other hand (as nobody appears to be able to solve or improve the situation) there's really only one thing an investor can do: SELL OFF!
Anyone who bought into PM knows that very well. And still they're still hanging in here - complaining, complaining, complaining. I wonder what they attempt to achieve? It's kind of stupid - but I guess it's just the way (many) investors function.

Yes f/m: We definitely have (unfortunately missed the one in Febr. 2017 - so this one's got to be better!).
BTW: People on this board complaining about a year or two: Febr. 2017 was more than 4 years back - and we're still around!

From my POV: There is no such thing as a "promise" on AIM. MB would be foolish to make any promises. After all, the EL grant is beyond his control. All he can do is interpret the statements made by the Mongolian Government.

Minimizing your investment risk by top slicing is a prudent concept. However, PM should soon be entering a completely new phase of its business. Until PM receives the EL (which should be a given) it is subject to speculation. Once PM is able to exploit Heron (and hopefully many more wells) it is no longer a purely speculative investment. PM will generate revenues for the first time in its existence. As you know the market can develop quite a bit of phantasy when it comes to the future success of such a company. So beware: Selling of or top slicing at a too early stage may be prudent but may also rid you of very handsome profits. It will all depend on the circumstances given at the time of your decision.
