Well zoggz: If your walletinvestor's advice is anywhere near correct then you might as well invest in chewing gum, band aids, shoe laces or the like. There are quite a few people/posters around who believe the SP will wander down to less than 2Pp this year. Now if that were so, it wouldn't be a good investment - right? It's always a gamble. Don't expect to get the advice you may need on this board.

Hamm: I don't believe you give a s**t whether the SP dives down to 2p, 1.5p, 1p or even 0.5p. So catch your breath and take it easy.

In that case you may want to advise people on this board to engage in a different type of investment concept - involving cars (porsches). Not so easy I would think. GL with that.

Spainish: Investing in automobiles or any other h/w is pretty much the worst investment I can imagine - a lot worse than investing in PM. But I really hope you know what your advice is worth.

sash: You may want to take Spainish's advice and "buy a Mark 3 Cortina from Del-Boy" rather than holding on to your PM shares and averaging down. Just gotta listen to the pros.

One of the road blocks on the path to 2p will be yours truly.

It's still a loooooooong way to go before the SP hits 2p (or less) as the derampers continously say. If it does....well I already said.

Hamm: Looks like you missed the bottom eh? If you were actually invested you should have top sliced @8-9p like I did. I guess you want to stick around with your holding - great strategy; a real LTH as I see.

last September 2020 @2.4p. Since then the EL has been granted and PM is now a producer (including a more or less acceptable SP dilution).
Now why would the SP reach that level again? If the market let's that happen: All I can tell you is BUY, BUY, BUY!!!! I will be doing the same (maybe even at a higher level).

simon: starting to drill was never the problem - that was done many (or actually too many) times; extracting that oil - now that they've found it and all approvals are granted - appears to be the new problem. This is a never ending story of problems and obstacles. I can't blame investors who consider bailing out it the right thing to do.
I just can't wrap my head around it: Everything's in place. PM could start extracting oil immediately. For some (extremely complicated logistical) reason we need to postpone the oil extraction to next year! Let' not forget that the Heron oil was discovered in October 2019. And here we are with all the usual excuses. Jeez.
But as I've mentioned earlier there is only one thing you can do: Bail out or hope that PM's SP finally redirects it's course.

As I said GKahn: You could actually be right - and that may be the fall back position Petrovis is taking. But again: You can't expect private investors to buy into the offered shares at a higher-than-market-price for strategical reasons (although a buy may actually be prudent). I have been offered around 170K shares at 3.5p. - I declined and I actually believe it was - for me - the right decision.

However, I wouldn't expect PM investors (or any other AIM investors) to invest strategically. From my modest POV what we have here is "plain vanilla" investing. Clearly, I may be wrong but I don't think we will be seeing anything else.

sash: Thx for your opinion - but in the end 'ts only a opinion. There are people on this board who have a different one - like me. But ultimately we are all just speculating - as usual. 2.95p may be the botton of PM's SP development - maybe not. One thing appears clear: The downside is calculable - but the upside? Who is out there to predict the timeline and the SP's rise? Is that you?
Just to remind you: In late summer/autumn of 2019, i.e. before the Heron oil strike was made public, PM's SP reached 9p. I therefore guess even you understand that the market doesn't function the way we may like.

no, I am not surprised you haven't yet received a response. I could imagine that PM had wanted (or even counted on) that the recent events would have a more positive effect on the SP than a "barrel burst".
Consequently, PM does not have quick responses ready. Concerning communication to the investors it appears that they need to "regroup" (military language) or at least discuss in depth how to deal with the situation. I guess all of us innocent by-standers can only wait and see.
