on May 10 was issued: It'll take more time until the EL is granted. But as said by other posters before: The processing of the licence grant is up to the Mongolian government and therefore beyond PM's control.
I remain with my statement: The question is not if but when.

As I've posted recently (and multiple times), it's the same old story: w/o respective (good) news the SP drift will continue. But when will it end? Good luck to all speculators.

Consequently, MB has an average purchase price @3.12p/per share (but only if I calculated correctly). That's a bit higher than my average.

Exactly Badprophet: He decided to take shares instead of pay; the shares were surely granted at a reduced price but still he had to agree with the trade off. Risking his salary because he as CEO believes in a rising SP is a loud and clear message. Nothing wrong with that. Other PM workers have been granted shares instead of pay for years.

I'd say bigbench is right: After all that has happened in previous years the market has become cautious. I'm sure investors will jump in big time once the EL is granted and a lot more will do so if the EL grant is accompanied by some sort of JV announcement.

Simon- I'm with you all the way; not only because I've been around for 11+ years but because the authorities selected a wording in the RNS of May 10 which actually sounds like a promise unless you consider the statement "The Council concluded that it supports and will approve the Plan of Development once certain technical clarifications have been provided and any resulting amendments to the documentation deemed necessary have been made." to be suspicous. I don't. Clearly, you could say that's got nothing to do with a grant guarantee. However, the language suggests that there are only minor issues which need to be cleaned up. Considering the previous rate the Mongolian authorities have processed respective requests I'm not really surprised that this is taking longer than we would expect. Nobody is happy with this. But I guess we'll just have to live with it. ATB
