1. EL must be granted early enough, i.e. in May latest in June.
2. PM need to be able to extract that good stuff in order to generate revenues THIS YEAR (2021)!

Once those 2 items are off the "pending list" PM will be going for glory. Clearly a JV would be an additional boost to this all. But let's wait and see.

Clearly, the EL has not yet been granted - OK; however, the grant appears to be safe and it doesn't look like it should take more than a few days or maybe weeks. And as I've said earlier: PM haven't yet pulled any oil out of the ground and generated revenues. Could it be that investors are waiting for that point in time? Well, wait then.

Don't forget that PM's SP reached 9p during August/September of 2019 - and there was no oil find in sight! The price at the time seemed to be solely based on hope and expectation. Today's situation looks completely different.

D1ngers's overall assessment of PM's value and his analasys of PM' s potential helped me (many years back) make the decision to invest heavily in PM. D1inger knows and I know that things don't always develope the way the PI's would like. But in the meantime PM has struck oil and will - hopefully - be granted an EL within days or a few weeks. When that happens D1inger's assessment will finally be confirmed. I hope and believe that this will come true!

I bought about 70K shares @70+ in 2010. I could or rather should have bailed out when the SP reached £2.10 - but you know how it is - thought this would come even better. I bought some more at lower prices during the downfall of the SP; but I really pitched in big during the summer of 2016 when the SP dropped down to less than 2p. Little did I know that the SP rise at the end of February 2017 would have been the best time for years to bail out. Instead I kept believing in PM's potential. I still believe in PM's potential and that it will make a huge difference for Mongolia and for PM's SP.

badprophet: I'm sure you'll reconsider that sell price if PM's SP shoots up beyond 10p on EL grant and maybe also the announcement of a JV agreement. Wait and see.

Mantasz: I would agree with you as per my experience with this share. However:

1. Although we all expect it, the EL has not yet been granted; that in its own is generally considered to be a risk.
2. I think it would be better to remain a bit "low key" on the current situation. Nobody wants to be called a ramper.
