Well said Manro: This sp development is completely unreal - but as we all know: The market makes the prices - even if many of us are convinced that the market is on the wrong track.
I fully concur with your statement "we are being tested". These kind of aberrations can make even the most steadfast investors to start worrying - including myself.
Nevertheless I am not willing to give in and will stick to my investment come hell or high water. There's so much going for PM! Once again I must say at these price levels the investment in PM has turned out to be not only a "holding operation" but also a "buy into operation".
If you want to do yourself a favor and you don't need to sell - DON'T!!!

2010PM made a rather important point (see his post @15.09 of today).

Most posters/readers on this board as well as potential investors believe in numbers - particularly when they're issued by the O&G expert institutions every investor listens to. There's nothing wrong with that.

But keep in mind that those institutions apply the usual risk calculation concepts which are designed to keep their asses covered; consequently, those COS estimations can simply not go beyond 20% in exploration territory and clearly respective COS estimates have a huge impact on investors' interest and willingness to invest.

My message is: There are many reasons why the COS with WH-1 (from a pure percentage point of view) are far better than 20%. 2010PM named just a few of them.

I recommend that you do some research on the real chances of success with WH-1. You may just come up with the same result as I have: Like Shell said - a must drill.

Warrior: I really hope you're right. Drinks (and more!) on me if WH-1 turns out to be what we PIs have been waiting so long for. Looking forward to that moment - I'm trying to figure out how I will react when it happens.

At the same time we all need to deal with the possibility that WH-1 will not be a winner. We've still got 4 extremely hopeful (and fully funded) drills lined up for 2019. A successful drill of just one of those will more than compensate for the long wait.

Having said that it could be a déjà vue for Fundy as the SP - upon a successful WH-1 drill - will undoubtedly rocket to new highs since 2010/11 - while those 30% will look like petty change.

Yep - that would be a 30% profit; don't think a short term trader would walk away from that.

I always wonder why a poster like Victor obviously likes to create the impression that there's not much (or actually: nothing) positive to say about PM while - at least allegedly - being a shareholder.

It's as if I were to say: I just bought into one of Elon Musk's new companies - lots of potential, high risk; but man I just can't see anything good about it - in fact I think it's going down the drain.
Gee: Going forward I may have to invest in companies I believe in - or admit that I pick my investments like a dart player throwing at an AIM company list.

Bobtree: Good to have an opinion and good to disagree with PM management's performance and all the other stuff you may be "concerned" about!

But what is your criticism doing on this board then?! Go send your message to PM's management for X' sake and demand responses! What are you waiting for?

JET65: Your cousin (or whatever) is saying what I (as a non-expert) have been saying for many, many years.

1. There is oil in PM's blocks IV, V and XX.
2. The question is not if - but when PM finally hits hte good stuff.
3. The problem with the posters on this board is that there l far too many day/short term traders, i.e. investors who have a very limited span of patience (1-2 months).

With PM you need to be willing to wait - maybe a bit longer than expected. AIM investors hate that concept and will sell off if it takes too long.

The real LTHs will hold on as long as it takes or as long as they can afford to wait. I am one of those.

sorry - I'm sseing wierd closing prices here (once again); I've seen 5.88% and also above 9%! Looks like both are due to one of those LSE glitsches.

6.30p - which is also OK; just wish these guys could give us the closing price earlier - like 17.35 or so.

of PM's shares it's difficult to understand why you have to go back to November 2016 (just before the SP started it's incredible rise) to find a SP at these levels. Clearly the market rules - nonetheless it just doesn't make sense.

Point well taken T/B: I too prefer to remain "well grounded" concerning PM - but it seems that I can put the excitement better into perspective than others.

I take note of the fact that the doomsayers and usual suspects on this board don't have the balls to confirm "yes, that is what I would like to hear from PM". Obviously they've chickened out.
Again, they just don't have the balls - although all of their posts are constantly geared towards exactly that. If not - what then? Let's hear you!
It's OK to have opposing opinions on this board - no problem. But chickening out when things get tight is about as good as ending up in the U.S. supreme court with an "overwhelming" vote.
