CB, I was told a long way back, that as we already have the exploration permit, the Govt are duty bound to convert this to a mining permit, unless there were exceptional reasons not to. Given all the additional hoops that we have jumped through (new mining code, new mining convention, environmental permit granted), I have long since assumed that the mining permit is now guaranteed - why would we have done all of this additional activity (successfully) if no permit was going to come now? The never ending delays have been frustrating and costly to the SP but I've nearly doubled my holding at these prices so I'm hopeful of a good outcome long term. The last update indicated that it was FRX who decided to wait until after the elections, with a well constructed legal framework, rather than rush into something half arsed. After all this time, it will be sweet when it lands. Irrespective of the SP behaviour as people jump on or off the trading band wagon, once we are producing Mn and generating cash, FRX is a very different prospect. IMO. GLA - excepting the obvious!

I must be deluded too then, cos Smidsy is a long time pal of mine. Can we produce it and sell it at a profit. 3. There is growth potential. Simplistic view - yes but it is that simple. Does AIM recognise these factors or a company's ability to deliver?
