I was only reacting/wondering based on reports (even the BBC picked it up), so this is a really positive step. If ministers are appointed then we can only be days away now............... As a long term holder of over 3 years (Remind me, you aren't invested here are you?), I don't feel like I've been 'strung along' at all. Sure we have suffered delays and disappointments but there is a major difference between the actions of this BoD and trying to pull the wool over investors eyes. I judge people on how they react to problems and still move the business forward. At the end of the day, FRX have to live in the 'real world' unlike some I could mention. End game is still the same here and all the assets are still in play. This comes good at some point or it doesn't. END OF You choose to skew comment to drive negative sentiment towards your imagine buy in of 0.35p - if the permit is not coming I wonder what value you see here. If none then why not go away and find another group of investors to torment.

However low the MMs drive this, it is only relevant when we get news and volume picks up. I got quoted 0.46p for 750k yesterday, however, even taking ITYS semi-seriously, to buy back well below this does not look on the cards. The large % spread here makes profitable trading very difficult. Even a sell at 0.72p which was the max I was quoted during our last peak would need a buy back in the 0.40s to justify the risk of news coming and having a significant chunk out. Unlike some others here, I still believe that the permit will come and that when it does, all this waiting will be forgotten and these prices will be a distant memory. Of course I wish I had bought my entire holding at these levels but I didn't and that is my tough luck. I still believe there is significant upside to make my faith worthwhile. Anyone selling now will be losing money - are they going to get it back elsewhere, in the timeframe of the permit landing and this taking off? I wouldn't bet on it..... GLA
