Hi John, the ask stepped up late Friday - and there didn't seem to be any indicative reason behind this. There was 1 trade today on ISDX at 0.59p so a move in the right direction at least. It crossed my mind on Friday whether an MM had heard whispers but they must have super sensitive hearing LOL Thankfully, I'm able to hold at this level, at least for the time being - the situation in Togo is getting ridiculous (IMO), things finally seem to be happening in general Govt activities, yet still we hear nothing - If they are as keen on attracting foreign investment (Mining was reported on last week, demonstrating decent growth over the last 5 years) as they appear to be then they really need to get this sorted sharpish. The continuing lack of news is deeply frustrating as once this bottle neck is passed, it really should be all systems go for DR and Co.

someone's ISA transfer just went through on ISDX Good timing!

Fellow Australian company Mosman Oil, today raised £1.6m+ by selling a small % royalty in an asset they are seeking to acquire - resulting in zero debt and zero dilution. Strikes me as interesting - in conversation, DR has always hinted at options on the funding front. Speculation on my part but it does indicate a good alternative. Maybe it's an Aussie omen..............

Ignore the reported spread - any decent broker will do this with a nominal difference between your buy and sell price to gain what is usually a very reasonable fee (no risk involved for them you see). It may take a couple of days to process so I would advise speaking to your broker. If you happen to hit news landing it could be challenging but probably not for an ISA swap. If you were looking to sell and buy back after year end, for tax purposes, there would be higher risk. ISA trades usually happen in very quick succession. GL

Hi Iano, can't remember specifically but it was complicated by having to move all my shares from HSBC into HL - this took about a month!! Once My HL account was up and running, creating an ISA account online, using shares from my 'main' HL account took less than a week if memory serves - obviously, with the ISA £ limit, the lower the SP, the more you get in your ISA. I made my process even more complex owing to setting up an account for the Mrs and transferring the balance of shares to her (tax free gift to spouse) and then doing the same HL account set up and ISA transfer. It takes a bit of effort but well worth the bother. GL

Suggests now would be a great time to get these beauties in an ISA No CGT applies. Got mine and the Wife's shares safely locked away. Bed and ISA is quite a quick and relatively painless process - only costs a minor amount but the potential savings (especially from 0.5p) could be huge. HL allow aim shares in ISAs - others (eg HSBC) do not.
