I think we can expect the capex to be considerably lower than $15m but originally I was informed by a long standing contact that yr 1 revs would pay down the capex. All hinges on the permit of course but let's see what happens by end of June which is end q2 GLA

If I were in the position to invest heavily in FRX, as a financier, I'm guessing my shareholders would roast me alive if I didn't do due diligence, on the basis of completed DFS - ie I'd want to reassure myself of the facts. Just shows that things are progressing. Term sheets always precede due diligence in my experience. The true facts are: Environmental permit sorted - tick Mining Convention sorted - tick Government Elections done - tick Same Administration, with whom good relations have been developed, returned to power - tick Ministers being appointed - tick DFS completed - tick Financiers engaged - tick Infrastructure in place - tick Exploitation permit granted by stated end Q2 (End June) - On target

Gabon also went through significant due diligence which will all help that project move forward when the time comes.

Gabon back on the table with an alternative solution to the international IO export market is exciting and, according to the man himself, market will be updated soon. IMO this is very much against market expectations - last time we were considering Gabon as a serious 'current' contender we were 2p ish. Get Togo and this on the move and this is a real game changer.
