If the present incumbent wins the election, the pathway to FRX getting the mining permit is pretty much assured. If a new comer wins here, although I cannot foresee them ditching this project, given the benefits to the Togo economy and jobs, you can bet your life there will be more bureaucracy to get around - it is an unknown factor and therefore presents a risk.
Surely the market will react positively on the permit award and a rapid move to production and revenue?
For sure, this is no where near as major as Gabon IO would have been, but given that Togo is Manganese, then the current IO price is not relevant to this project - Mn has been and remains quite stable.
Only my opinion but I do think FRX generating revenue in the short term IS SIGNIFICANT
