10 cans of Darkfruits for me lol. Started a work holiday on Sunday, my PC broke last Wednesday. I've being climbing the walls without muh PC and I just got it fixed and back to me an hour ago so just about to enjoy a short bike ride to the local Tesco to procure drink and munchies for a long overdue night of geeking out.

Dickie, I have found keeping trading trading for early entry and isa for derisked position building helps for peace of mind in these high risk high reward aim investments. For example with EUA I had the one trading account investment avg 0.982p for nearly 2.5 years, at one point 140 quid was 10000% up. Never sold any until recent events tho…doh!
So despite starting my ISA position in the 27p range in EUA, off the back of RNS talking about EUA2,only for Putin to totally not invade Ukraine and EUA’s fall to hurt like hell the low avg trading account helped keep me calm and rational while all about me where losing their heads. My Isa avg overs there is now 13.9p so better positioned for whatever transpires with EUA.

It’s not quite the case with UFO yet there’s certainly an element of holders fatigue borne from a languishing SP increasingly, I would argue, detached from fundamentals (you don’t need production to get 1-5% NPV of 3 month spot from Mr Market but dudes being depressed even b6 his standards lately). However because I stopped averaging up in the trading to focus on a isa position in the 1p-0.75p range it’s not quite as frustrating because I know if something happened like my pedal bike broke I can still take from trading in profit to cover the unexpected things in life. Well, a couple of times until trading would be no more.
Sometimes I do wonder how different things would be now if I’d being more disciplined with that 3p spike, I would not be sustaining 4.5 grand of debt picked up through lockdown that’s for sure.
That said I’m 9nky talking hundreds here and there so maybe that’s why I’m more chill than some other investors dabbling in the high risk side of things. Plus I do smoke an appreciable amount of herb, best part of moving out? Smoking a bowl full in my kitchen whilst stark naked having just stumbled out of bed XD Wot? I’ve lost 4 stone in the past 1.5 years so I cut a good look these days :P

Anyway, enough waffle from me. Horses for courses as they say and just sharing my own anecdotal experience of investing these past few years. All the best everyone.

Being a smoggie who grew up in the shadow of Eston Hills/ICI Industrial Works I knew some stuff about iron ore mining and steel production(depending on wind direction washing would come in dirtier than it went out hence the term smoggie ) but like you Norm, I know way more after a few years here. I still remember being a newbie reminding people about the potential of a DSO operation while most where focused on silver in Mexico and the as yet to be acquired Elizabeth Hills.
Seems like it’s always a case of this time next year with me and my investments but that DSO operation in 2023 may well be just the capitol catalyst I need to bust on out of the wage.

Actually had that happen one year when I was a kid although they didn’t twok the tree as well. Scarred my mam for many many years to come. Was about 20 years before she could put presents round the tree on Xmas eve without being panicked that someone was going to nick them.
But yeah, probably going to be a painful opening. Salvage what you can, bottom draw them, accumulate for a later date/other projects to bear fruit. Thems your options IMO.

21667 shares 0.5538p avg Not much but enough for my limited means although I am kicking myself for not getting in here earlier. CLON is one of a few that has sat on a low MCAP watchlist (sub 15 million) for over a year but never had the scratch to invest in or my attention was focused elsewhere. Decided over the weekend I was gonna change that today.
Although being completely honest being a burger flipper and having moved out last week this may turn into a trade if things go mental short term :)

Poor comparison. One man's power tripping ego (Kwon) brought Luna to it's knees by making it a target which made it go the way of all so called stable coins. I like blockchain tech but yikes some of the spin off stuff is basically techno-ponzi schemes.

I've never invested in crypto but understand it more than most who have lol, be interesting to see what Dimitry had in mind with Lybrion, physically backed tokens with PGMs and that RNS which talked about getting approval for permanent underground storage facilities. That dot joining there has always excited and intrigued me.

Tell you what, I could do with some of that Chudditch stuff right now. Moved out finally Friday gone and without gas or leccy since cos previous tenant got it cut off. Phone died mid conversation with EDF on Friday and work all day Saturday abd Sunday.
Hopefully with a fully charged phone and powerbank via work I can get that problem sorted today. Be nice to actually plug my fridge and freezer in let alone get my PC up and running again lol.

Some may recall that I finally moved out at the tender age of 34 last Friday. Previous occupant got the gas and leccy cut off and my phone died mid conversation with EDF trying to get it sorted on Friday. I was then at work all day Saturday and Sunday.
Unlike most people my age and younger though I just shrugged my shoulders, broke the camping stove out and some tomato soup along with rechargable lights.
Naturally I've being using power at work to charge my phone but being at work all day saturday and Sunday meant I did not do my usual weekend DYOR so no idea what's going on the world let alone here. So yeah, imagine my surprise when I saw an EUA dot when I blearily looked at 8 am sharp. Went straight back to bed mind cos lord knows it'a being a long previous week.

So, temp suspension eh. At first I thought oh bloomin eck but then I rememebered everything EUA has communicated to date. Ergo I have to agree with sentiment that news around a liquidity event will be forthcoming.

If this concludes "shortly" I'll be pretty overmoon given I can move straight on out of what is a nice property (3 bedroom, really spacious kitchen and living room, no shower tho...) but in a rough as old boots neighbourhood. My 1100 quid mountainbike is already drawing jealous eyes....and with my 2 ft Viking locks it's only a matter of time until I run foul of the locals in some way.

Currently I can just about afford to do what I'm doing. Hopefully through EUA we can all get some serious (perspective corralted) liquidity injected into our lives.

Ian, one of the worst things pains I ever experienced with a tooth abscess, started off as a small lump in my jaw. Swelled to size of a marble within days suddenly, 111 was useless and when I got through the weekend to be seen by private emergency dentist they were aghast that 111 had not admitted me to hospital, they had never drained so much pus from an abscess before and I was hours away from it bursting and possibly killing me via septic shock.
I went into shock quite badly once they had drained most of it. Kinda embarrassing when you are in a room of young female dentists and your crying and shaking like a leaf lol.

So I'm glad your abscess has not caused you any pain but yikes, upon reading your account I glad mine was a hard and fast kind of dealio. Best of luck fella and a message for the wider board. Get your DYOR on for latest casual links between prevalence of plaque and heart disease. Most fatal blockages in hearts are comprised of plaque bacteria and platelets.

Aw come now, needs must and all that fella. I've not being shy about my crumby finances and bad life choices in my time here :) It's being a long time, not since I left counselling only to have a work accident 6 months later that shafted my spine somewhat, that I could say I feel confident about my future.
And that wee sale helped make my first month of moving out have some theoretical capitol surplus. Translation. All bills covered and I can afford a parmo as well as some hooch to go with it now XD Up the boro tehe.

Well I did end up selling another 200 quids worth (wel,, 195 for 2500 shares), if only so I have a spare hundred as opposed to down 100, so it's typical that I could have timed it better. Should've waited for just before work lol, at least I did not miss any kind of rise like last week. Still holding more in ISA than I ever did trading, just a pretty large average difference is all lol.
