As far as i can remember they are not due an official update till next year but they did say they would come back to the market with an update regarding the german rail negotiations , there is also the Hybrid bond first call window is November onwards and also there is the lack of Auditor. there is also some news due from Alsa before year end, so a lot to play for ,lets hope they get it right because if they get at least some of it right it will re-rate big time oviously DYOR. oh and just for clarity as it seems we are all saying how much we are down, I have an average of 45p so am down quite a bit.

Have been reading today that the Diwalli gold rush has come to an end for this year, which would have helped push the price up last week, good opportunity to top up though before the next RNS

The ongoing Regional Banking and credit fraud situation in the USA has certainly spooked the market again over the last couple of days and don't think its going to get any better anytime soon which has helping drive up the price of GOLD which in turn has helped the share price here. So thats got to good for all us holders.

i have found an article in the spanish press at the weekend that has not been picked up yet in the uk.

the cosmens through the evolyn consortium have gone into partnership with ferrovie the italian national rail company to run a london to paris train service, the ****logation process for the trains has started with a view to starting the cross channel services at the end of 2025 or early 2026.

if this all goes to plan has to be good news down the line for mobico, time will tell. dyor

I could'nt agree with you more Lara, i am waiting for some positive announcements before year end regarding the german situation and ALSA taking over UK coach and we might finally climb over 30p by year end. I am setting the price bar quite low as it has been a year of let downs, but with the hope that it is much higher. With regards to selling ALSA it is never going to happen, but from what i have read in the spanish press over the summer the whole operation could be called ALSA in a couple of years.

Well Napth which negative did i end with ? I think Colombia is a fantastic Country i have friends there and expect to visit again next year, i was just stating a fact, there is a perception that it is dangerous.

I have noticed that since the share price drop after last months results, management have doubled the amount of shares that are being bought back, seems a shrewd move at the lower price and i have also topped up my holding as this is a solid Company, but would like to see a bit of share price recovery. Hi all, I'm heavily invested here and the RNS releases just get better and better, the only problem that Orosur have is that its Colombia, if this was in Australia it would already be 2 or 3 times this share price. There is a perception in the UK by many people that it is a corrupt country run by drug cartels, which could'nt be further from the Colombia of today with a very business and mining friendly admistration in power that seem to want inward investment to create jobs.

I have no intention of selling any of my shares as this has a long way to run and after the MRE formalises the assets the New year will look very different.

My view FWIW is that there are a couple of issues starting to stack up, the Hybrid , no auditor. The callable window for the hybrid is Nov25 to Feb 26 so i would imagine it will be resolved next month by which time a bet there will be a new Auditor in place.

Lack of news and uncertanty always causes the usual suspects to come out of the woodwork.

we are all here to make a few quid, the company is profitable this isn't the AIM index and i think next year will be a good year and the start of a recovery, anyway that is my 2 pence worth DYOR.

I have seen in the spanish press that the intigration of UK coach is the ALSAnisation of NEX with fresh branding and updated digital booking system and tracking to give it a Europe wide feel, It certainly needs something.

You're probably right mooch and they will flip a few million when it goes up, but they hav'nt put in 4 million completely blind have they.

I am certain that the institutional investors that oak securities represent did there due diligence and got to examine the core samples using there own geologist team before they agreed to put up any funds which certainly ticks a good few boxes for me

I have to say I think the the shorts are way behind the curve again, this happened after the May update they start increasing after the price has dropped and continue to increase as it rises. then get squeezed

The same is happening this time, hope they get squeezed and have to cover rapidly.

I said last week it would soon return to the same level as before the update they have got to much going on and a much better team in control
