Factom could possible have had other investment money from elsewhere thus reducing the FFWD %
Perhaps they reduced the Factom holding to fund another one. Who knows! But it is all just guess work.
The % held in each. would be nice to know along with the value invested in total
Shareholders in AIM stocks do not always get the information they should, and when they do it is often late.
We are still very happy with FFWD prospects at the moment, even though we keep getting these sales. The sales are possible just investors who feel they can do better elsewhere with their money and accepted a loss.
Unless we have a change of heart for some future reason then our holding will stay firm and may get added to just to reduce the average a little more, but we are not far off break even now.

As far as we can gather from previous enquires, including Intensity, No real answer has been received. With a subdued immune system it of course cannot continue the good work that the injections to the cells created. As the people with cancer and a subdued immune system is exceedingly small, it will like all cures for an illness have the very tiny percentage not helped completely by the cure.
This was personally experienced by both of us when Steroids saved our lives then turned rogue killer later for one of us and caused complete muscle wastage after 3 days for the other.
However their is no doubt this method adopted by Intensity is way ahead of other cures for cancer, unfortunately it may take years before it has approval. This will not stop its value rising quite a lot to all our benefits in the near future.
FFWD have had the foresight to invest in very clever and potentially very profitable companies. For its investors they must now have patience, and a lot of it.
We have continually added to our holding in FFWD and may do so as it goes up. As for the price, we glance at it most days plus to see if there is any RNS news.
FFWD can NOT give out information until the companies they have invested in publish their news, or they are adding a new company to their portfolio or selling one. So we cannot expect regular updates.
As for the large sales, we found them intriguing, with us unable to think why one (if it was one) would sell so much stock at a low price. B&B was ruled out owing to the limited amount of stock you can put in an ISA each year. But we understand they were invested in China growth which we think also held similar companies to FFWD. Then there may just be a personal reason for the sale. Using the loss to offset gains for TAX purposes is one. Whatever it was it gave us the chance to buy or add to, at very favourable terms.
We also stopped reading the posts regularly about 9 months ago as people were continually slagging each other off in frustration of the share price drop. They appeared to attack people (Chiswell and Predetor or similar spelling, come to mind) because they questioned some of the more dedicated holders of FFWD who could see no wrong with FFWD and in fact had some valued points. There was very good information on here about 12-15 months ago which we followed up and started us to invest in FFWD. Now we only read the posts for that day about once a month. Until proven different we have confidence overall in FFWD and at this moment of time will continue to hold the stock we have and may add to it. This is the only stock we hold were a massive rise in price is visualised were as the other, 50% increase is our target. We had similar thoughts about SEE which proved unfounded, but even their the price has gone so low it may be worth a little gamble. Like FFWD investors they have been putting 100 post on in a day because of price reduction recently. Stocks that do drop attract the large number of posts

We think they invest in some of the companies FFWD invest in, but we could be mistaken.

You really do need to offer shares at a discount to get a decent take up.

In case you are wondering we have 4900 shares we did not seel when we sold the bulk a few months ago

Our broker has just phoned to see if we wish to buy them at 3p. NO CHANCE if we buy in following our sale a few months ago it will be at 2p not 3p.To be honest there will be a very long wait to see profits if buying in at 3p.
FFWD with magnificent proven companies still goes down with the NAV at 11.4+ SP 9.75. We would like to see SEE at NAV or below as they have to many problems at the moment.and competitors are passing them.

Well we sold out a few months ago but still have about £200 worth which we over looked selling at the time for some unknown reason. At this price we are thinking of returning but although loads of buying the price tends to go lower. So we are letting it drop before buying we could have com in at just under 5p but waited.
We now also see you having a go at one another, bickering Just like the share holders in FFWD (We have a large stake) There the price has gone from 20p to 9p to 13p to 9.75 with a NAV of 11.4p + Why do people sell at a price well under NAV and an extremely bright future for the stocks in FFWD. No one can work it out.
SEE on the other hand has good technology and is a solitary company unlike FFWD investment trust, We think there are others in the market with similar technology, we do stand correcting on this point, which means SEE must up their marketing and the BOD have to be right on the mark, which we see some of you feel they are not. So why so many sellers losing money? The MMs appear happy to buy the stock, lets face it it can only drop 3p now, so what is the most likely outcome.? a drop of 3P or a rise of 3P any one who plays the percentages would be looking very closely at this, because they will be thinking we can double our money here, especially with a very small spread. News is needed and good news to turn the tide, but again how much further can it drop? You will get a few buyers who think the price is too low and once they start buying in quantity others will follow and the price will go up substantially. We are putting money to one side and will invest in one or both of these two, under 9,5 to buy FFWD will see us in as we know the money is safe. under 2.5p for SEE is worth a gamble.

Problem is NAV is only 2.67cents So you are buying on future profits increasing and the losses to stop.

We have not had the time to really fully research SEE unlike some of you.
The question for us is can SEE move forward and take the market by storm? otherwise it is just going to be one of a few in this market, with the share price lingering and only going up when profits start to rise.
Big market gain in sales = Big SP rise Small market gain = just another company
At 3p is it worth the gamble. Each investor must make up their own minds, rather than follow Dreamers or Very unhappy share holders.

We sold out last year when the price was higher, but we do have a very very small holding that got overlooked at the time.so we have been checking the SP on a regular basis and it appears to have dropped from 5.4 down to 3.4 approx.
So why is this? may be a good buy at these prices for a short term gain.
We are heavily invested in FFWD which we hold at around NAV and had similar lack of buyers but is a big growth prospect. We had the two originally along with some more VCTs. SEE we got our money back plus have a small holding.
FFWD wss having lots of posts like you when the price dropped and we bought more to reduce our average . All these type of investments attract posts when things are ifffy.
So is there a future for SEE, we are 80% towards buying more

Disappointed to see the 41101 sale follow us, but that's life.
If we had sold our holding at the last jump 12-13p a few weeks ago, we would have been laughing now.
Did try it once years ago with a stock we thought was going down. Sold half our holding it did drop for two days. Then bang it shot back up and we had to buy back at what we sold at.
So we do not try to play those games anymore,
We have always had confidence in FFWD and still do. Would like to see that small jump to cover our investment as no doubt would all of you.
However there is a limit to what we can risk on one investment.
Sit back for as long as it takes for the good news to arrive.

Just scraped a few pennies together and bought another 7000, as we said we would to round our holding up. This though is as far as we can chase it down. Most of these sales are small.Guessing they have had enough and took what they could of their original investment.
We have continually topped up from 17p down although most of them were bought between 13p and 9.9p

Yesterday Lord S indicated he thought there had been MM intervention at one point. You cannot rule anything out, especially with AIM. It was only one of a number of reasons that could have caused fall back. MMs some times want stock cheap if they think there is a rise coming. Even you said it would be interesting if we got buys to match sells. Suggesting what?
Basically we will be the last to know what is happening. Hopefully nothing amiss. Never dismiss anything, especially on AIM.
At least we do not run other people down on here, unlike the way some of you slag each other off. While running us down someone else who may be upset at being run down is left in peace. Water off a ducks back to us.
Well we are off until next week now. but will watch the price when we can, and add to our holding when we think it is the correct time, as does everyone else. Hopefully the confirmation of last weeks investment will be confirmed. If not then we could be going lower, while confirmation could get us to the 10.75 - 11.5 range.

Where do you think this overhang is coming from? If it is not MMs playing. Who is keen to dispose of their shares?
Being an IT with a variety of investments it is not like an ordinary company where some insiders know bad news is on the way and are getting out. Even if one of our investments announces nasties, there are all the others who have not.
Why would the MMs play like this unless they know someone is selling big time.

Must be the same seller do you think, is it the same seller as the 150000 the other day or are MMs playing us?
Sit tight and buy on lows. We were going to add the odd ones to our holding today to round it all up but hanging on while the sells come in. Not that our tiddly addition will influence anything.
