These MMs are scooping them up as fast as they can. They think they are going to make a small fortune with a SP leap

Hubby was wondering the other day what the total number of 50,000 sales over the last few weeks adds up to and that total as a percentage of the total shares issued. Then add in all those sales over 50,000. and their total and % of issued stock.
You would probably have to add up all the 50K plus buys to offset it. Not very methodical we know, its just you think where on earth do all these shares that are sold come from.
This thought came about when we saw another 50k sale and made the off hand statement as to where all these sales come from. Noted the last trade yesterday evening was cancelled again this morning.
The MMs seem to want to increase the SP, perhaps they know there are not many more left to be sold. We all have our wild and fanciful imaginations about.

This is another of our recovery ITs. It dropped to 160P in mid March now it is over £2 following an announcement that NAV is 272p Plus they are going to have a buy back while it is very cheap.
Should FFWD carry out a buy back at these prices??

Weird how they paid the 60K seller first thing today more than the last buyers paid last night. Notice again last nights final trade was cancelled again this morning. The MMs (does any one know how many MMs there are trading FFWD) seem to want to push upwards today. Perhaps they know something we don't.

it appears that the SP needs to rise about 40% to get to its NAV so plenty of leeway to make money in time.

Forgot to add we will be buying more once the sellers are done.

We buy I.Ts that specialise in unquoted and this included Woodford, along with small companies and emerging countries. Plus anything that is well below NAV i.e. FFWD with a NAV of about 12p which you can buy for 6,75p
You do get a rocky ride, but buying low can bring really good rewards. Buy when low Sell when high is our moto. Been doing it for about 50 years. When the blood is running in the gutter fill your boots. The big crash in the 30s saw many make a fortune buying at rock bottom prices, they just had patience
Small companies prices grow quicker than FTSE 100 usually. You only have to look back over the last 18 months and see those top quoted stocks that have failed dismally. Being big is no certainty of avoiding big drops. You rarely get FTSE100 shares doubling in 12 months. LOOK FOR VALUE

Tried the new site, once we worked the odd thing out it seems very little has changed.
Re sold the lot. No doubt that holder is not alone. People will be asking Have they got the valuation correct? if so why are others not buying. as at that NAV they are potentially giving you the chance more or less to double your money. However do potential buyers look and question the valuation. We accept what you say (just), but these questions do come to the mind when things are bad. If they come to us who are big supporters then new potential buyers may question them and stay clear. regardless whether they are the correct valuations or not. We need a statement from FFWD confirming the valuations and some positive statements, or are they waiting until after the results so they can buy more cheaply themselves. So many unanswered questions. UNTIL BUYERS COME IN THE PRICE WILL CONTINUE TO DROP. It gets nearer that 4-5p range daily, when we would be unable to resist buying more any longer. Would prefer to see buyers enter and we have to buy at 8-9p +

Lord S has the same feelings as us about buying, which we indicated a week or so ago. It is our guess many other potential buyers feel the same. Wait until the big sales stop before buying. We must brace ourselves for a lot of sales once the price does go up, with people selling once they get to break even. As for news we just have to be patient, at least you all seem to have given up on "News coming in next two weeks statements" Now give up on getting at each other posts. Hubby off for his op soon and has been told he must take things easy after. I will have to tie him down.

ESO and SEE among others who also usually have their last trade cancelled the next morning. If you think you have problems here, look at SEE and their happy band of share holders!!!!!!!

You asked why did they not accept the 17p offer (if it existed), perhaps they preferred to continually getting their salaries from SEE. Well you do get cynical with these small companies. Glad we sold 99% of our holding at a small profit with what is left just additional profit, if it does not go bust. So we will let it run just in case. Put our monies from this in to FFWD who have now dropped to 7p but do have a NAV of 12p approx. At least FFWD is invested in things that are the future where as SEE will! probably be sold for about 5-6 p in the end.

Every morning, yesterdays last purchase appears to be cancelled. No sign of the cancellation late at night but next day it is cancelled.

You did take this out slightly of context Re FFWD, We have bought this all the way down from 13p. We felt that now against the odds it could still drop (6.95p at the time) until the big sellers finish, leaving a very over sold IT. That is why we have stopped at the moment, ("Throwing money" away was a niggle at some of the other posters who go round in circles. If it does go to 4-5 p then we will buy again regardless. Once it starts to rise for 2-3 days then we will also be coming back in. There were some big sellers which stopped others buying as well. Being a very small IT big transactions makes the SP move a lot. We hold in FFWD triple the amount of our other individual holdings , but still a small % of our total holdings. We do not put all our eggs in one basket, but have the odd gamble with something that looks (to us) very cheap. We have neglected to add recently to some of our other ITs that look good value but intend to rectify this, Among them are AAM and iiT plus now Woodford is also an add to at 61p. It is only our opinion based on the (FFWD) NAV and their holdings in some very interesting unquoted stocks. We have made money buying out of favour stocks and those well below NAV over the last 50 years. This stock (FFWD) is only for those who like to take a CHANCE (not a certainty) of a big gain.
We also hold a lot of ITs that are emerging countries, small companies, Woodford etc . It is not the way most do it we appreciate, that is why we state look for yourselves at the value, then decide. Because of the bickering in FFWD posts we tend to wind some of them up with our comments. There was some excellent research in some of the posts in FFWD but you do have to weed them out of the bickering posts. hope this clarifies our position. We have faith in FFWD as we do WOODFORD but like everything you can not go over board on one investment

For those of you who like unquoted (we hold a number of IT investing in unquoted) look at FFWD NAV around 12p you can buy them for 7.5p they are invested in cannabis and the growing block chain world plus other companies. Only very small and invested in about 8 unquoted. We think greatly under priced, but as we hold them we are a little biased.
Have a look and judge for yourself. Some of the posts are very informative but you have to sort them out as they all argue with each other, even though they basically agree, which is a pain.

We bought last week and we have now said NO MORE BUYS until 4-5P is reached as we are just throwing money away. No doubt this is probably why no one else is buying. Until the larger sells stop very few will buy in is our humble feeling.
Not sure why people are buying approximately a £100 worth of stock as the cost of doing so adds 10-12% to their overall costs and then selling adds another 10-12% costs (all approximate), meaning the share has to rise about 20-25% just to get their money back.
Had a quick roll down of the posts, and you all seem to be going round in circles, All agreeing it is cheap, all finding reasons to buy, but then most of you disagreeing with each other at the same time. Any really informative posts to aid the thicko's like ourselves get lost in the Forrest of argumentative posts.
In fact for any stranger looking at these posts they may feel that everyone is trying to boost the reason to buy (but not buying themselves) so much so that they may think is there a underlying problem that stock holders are trying to obstruct from view? Ah well will look in at the weekend hoping there is a rise in the price. Got some stock we hold that is going up and needs adding to. WE WILL SELL SOME OF OUR FFWD WHEN THE PRICE IS OVER A £.

We saw a purchase of 108K at 16.21 then when we looked later last night there were no additional transactions after hours. This morning there was a correction showing a negative 108K timed again at 16.21 MMs playing again?

Took a chance and bought in again just minutes before the RNS at under 8p at what we thought was a low price. Silly us.

Do wonder if someone have been shorting FFWD, along with all the others getting out of very large holdings in FFWD, but why they sold is a question we will most certainly never know the answer too.

We all said how silly they were. Well it looks like we are the silly ones, with them now having the chance to buy back in at a very low price. It is annoying seeing the price drop, but with such a small amount of daily transactions it makes these large transactions cause such a big difference to the share price. It is happening, so you either get out with them or just ignore it and get on with your daily life.
If and only if someone has been shorting then they will have to buy back.

Well we have to give it to you when you said there will be an RNS very soon which will make a difference to the SP. spot on there. Just calm down everyone and let it take its course, stop getting irritated with each other as it does not help.

With us now nearly 30% down we are very very annoyed with ourselves as we have a rule that when a stock drops 10% get out until it has settled. We did take to much notice of the hype on here and only have ourselves to blame for that .
It is the first time we have ever looked at people make comments about something on the internet. Never again!! even though some of the information is very valid. In future we will just do our own checks and go back to making money our way.
Over the last 12 months we have lost all the profit from our other holdings as we have triple the holdings in FFWD to our other holdings in our portfolio. Hopefully we will get the benefits in time from this investment. We will not buy again until it either has 3-4 days of small gains to show the sellers have gone or FFWD drops below 5p

To be honest the SP is all that matters in the end. A NAV well over the SP gives you nothing in cash. Stocks with NAV well below the SP are the stocks to buy for the future. Unfortunately for those who paid well over the current SP it does not help. We are in need of a near 25% price increase just to break even. Our guess is that most shareholders are in a similar boat.
DO NOT LOOK FOR SCAPEGOATS ON HERE. Do NOT have a go at each other. Remember last year when there were really nasty comments about each other in this chat section, did it do any one any good? of course not. A lot on here are searching for quotes etc. just to confirm that they are right to hold the stock. As we see it, you ARE right to hold the stock and add to it, no need to keep looking for the slightest little article that backs you up. Believe in your judgement. RNS: you are worrying about when one will come, DON'T, they will come in their own good time. When you bought in to this you knew what AIM was like, and if you did not, you are now on a very steep learning curve. We were going to sell up FFWD when our initial purchase dropped a lot, but after reading the good informative posts on here we checked and found them correct, so we added and added and added and keep on adding in our own small way. We have seen the investment drop, but would not blame the people who put the posts on here. IT WAS OUR CHOICE and we are sticking by it. You do not try to pass the blame, be nice to each other.. Try just to post really useful information and not repeat the same over and over again. Every share holder is entitled to their view, even if you do not agree, do NOT be rude to them. Another I.T. we hold, ESO, dropped to around 130p but it added around 50%+ recently, before a couple of late sales took it down a bit on Friday. FFWD will also go up a lot in its own good time. Have patience. A specialist said to me many many years ago "keep taking the tablets and u could reach 70" well past that nearly 10 yrs ago. If a stock is sound and under priced, it WILL come good both hubby and me feel we will see a nice profit eventually. The other thing we keep seeing is "AN RNS WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON, or in two weeks, or next month. In the end they will come out of the blue, please stop trying to second guess them. Unlike those big sellers (whoever they are) you will hopefully reap the rewards some time in the future. Then we will all be posting how clever we all were to hang on in!!!!!!!!
I am on 20 odd tablets a day, morphine patches, in a wheelchair and am confident I will see a profit, so you lot should be odds on to see one. Hubby, who usually writes bits on here is due to be operated on soon, has been told that 80% of people in his condition going under the knife survive. He is very confident he will see a profit. So if we are confident you lot should also be. BE NICE TO EACH OTHER. Don't try to upset some one you do not agree with. What good does it do?
