Thought we may have to drop to 7p before the buyers returned but 7.7 is attracting them so we may get back to 8p today. It looks like every time we drop back the buyers return at an higher level than previous time we dropped.

You get this over and over again, Index's playing catch up then after a big high they either have no movement or a big drop. hopefully we are near a catch up period.
The current sellers probably did not see the excellent information put out in these posts by some very good researchers, otherwise they would not have sold and they were just happy to get their money back or take a small profit if they entered the fray in the 6p range.
It is only because of this information that we are still in it and buying. Not seen this sort of information on other stocks. SEE does have a few supporters who have pushed it up from the mid 2p range to the 4p range. They did not though have any really positive information on the stock as we get on here, so again we thank those we refer to, and please keep it coming.

Agree in principle but with the
USA so high it may just drop back, cancelling out any $ to £ conversion gain. We have disposed of our American shares (large and medium) with it so high. Japan (especially small) for us is a better bet. However they all even themselves out over time, BGS FJV.
FFWD does give us small American firms with no extra charges.
We hoped you had all dipped in to your pocket this afternoon!!!!!!. Problem is as it drops more may will sell. Still it will give us value to add stock at a low price.

We were just trying to remind the post which talked about the sales to day that not all were sales. Something we mentioned a long time ago, but like us most do not read every post on here.
We will get sellers as the price increases but hopefully they will be matched by buyers during pullbacks.
Off to hospital now to visit friends, so try and buy a few this afternoon and get us back to 8.8p or more.

But of course the way under priced FFWD which we add to weekly and still mid 8ps may be a better bet.

Actually you are not far out with this statement. We only have a few left in this fund and may them and add to the SLS, ASL SCP.

We purchased a few today and they are shown as a sale on here. So a more "sales" may in fact be buys.

In the past there has been criticism of the Board for lack of information. We must soon be congratulating them on their choices of investment if this keeps up.

We are curious as to who the buyers are: new ones, existing, or those who sold at 6-8p

As for the NAV we were working on 12p but it may be a lot higher, and we will stop buying additional stock at 9.99p

It was just an "off the cuff" remark as we doubted whether a true NAV is available, but would have been interested to see the various results from those who are willing to do it. As for spending hours researching each company, we do not have the time these days to do that and it was with tongue in the cheek question asking those on here who like to do the research to come up with various answers. Mainly we are hunmming and arreing as to when to stop investing in FFWD. While we appreciate a number on here have massive investments in FFWD we only have a very large investment pro rata to our portfolio.
Main thing is to see it get us all get level and even in to profit with our investments. As we now should all be very close to that figure with the current SP rise.

We should have the SP just below the true NAV (what ever that is!). No doubt some one will tell us, we may even get 3-4 versions.
We keep adding, but every time we do, we find we could have bought lower an hour later, even though it usually recovers. When do you stop adding is the question? At the moment without any news 10p - 11p is where we will stop, about 10% below NAV. However we expect some one will shoot us down. Do not mind that as long as they are adding as well!!!!!

There you are Uncle and Anon , NAV gone UP 0.13p tonight from this mornings value, we,re in the money we,re in the money. lol Thank Goodness for FFWD, that has gone from 6p last week to 8p tonight to bail us out.

We are hoping that the selling is over done here and as we only a small investment in it and with the stock in an ISA we are just letting it run. If there is a turnaround with the new people then we will add again this ISA year if the ISA is not full.

We also have a small holding in SMT which we consider to be able to "plod" on nicely .

We certainly made an error buying in here. it is only 2.6% of our portfolio thank goodness . While FFWD is 12% We expect to add to other ITs, Namely TRG, BRFI BGS, FJV, IIT, PHI and a gamble on AAM Another AIM that has dropped a lot so just a small investment here.
We do keep telling ourselves that you only have to have one AIM company to take off and other losses are more than compensated for. Lets hope we have one that actually takes off.
The quicker Woodford has gone the better, we will all be better off with a new trusted name for the trust.

HAVE ADDED A FEW MORE TO OUR HOLDING, (150% OF OUR CURRENT HOLDING) BUT PERHAPS OUR OLD AGE HAS MADE US GO-GA OR WE MAY BE LUCKY AND GET NEAR OUR AVERAGE COST WHICH IS WELL BELOW THE SO CALLED NAV. SCHRODERS MAY NOT BE AGGRESSIVE BUT PERHAPS EVEN HAVING THEM GET THE BOAT STEADY WOULD BE GOOD. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF ADDING TO OUR FFWD HOLDING PROBABLY, WE MAY WELL DO THAT NEXT MONTH BUT NO MORE ON WPCT.
APPROACHING 80 WE WILL BE APPROACHING 90 BEFORE WE SEE A PROFIT ?

They still have the old stock, however they may get new investors by buying better quality and using their name and contacts once it is under their name. Then eventually the stock will rise under the Schroders name. Do we know what the new ticker will be?

Our monthly investment is now going in to better quality ITs, most of which we are in anyway.

For what it is worth we are just sticking with FFWD, AAM down 12.49% Woodford up 11.6%

Another bogey AAM droped from the £1 mark to 36p with a NAV of around 43p. Now this week it has recovered 25% to 45p still with a NAV of 43p AIM is unfathomable.
