EMMAC18 Feb 2020 11:24
Just looked in to see if any of you clever bods had put a value on EMMAC as we were curious, because (not being over bright or even have the time to assess its value) we do not have a clue. Generally all we received are nonsensical replies. All unquoted companies value, as a guide, is only reached by its total assets less liabilities. Then the guess work begins by adding in its future sales and profit. We thought one or two of you may have done this.
As in the past we seem on a whole not to get a sensible answers to questions. As a lot of you seem only able to make sarcastic statements which in your opinion makes you look very clever and us stupid, rather than give an answer to a straight forward question. If you do not know the answer say nothing or say sorry we do not know, which some of you who replied obviously do not know the answer too, but prefer to try and be sarcastic.
Regrettable we are not as clever as some of you lot who seem to spend hours digging up odds and ends of minor related FFWD information. Which has nothing wrong with it and may in fact lead to something important.
At a guess, think by deramping you mean we are trying to get the FFWD price down. Why on earth would we do that when we own hundreds and hundreds of thousand shares. We were buying when a lot of you said take this low price but probably did not buy themselves. We rate any price under 7.9p as quite cheap for FFWD, but others may have other prices as good to buy at.
We are trying to point out to you, that when any share gets good news its price can shoot up when a lot of people start buying (not in FFWDs case this time) on that news. However after a short period of time the news is old hack and people start to sell and taking a profit from the jump up in price. Bringing it down to around its correct valuation. In other words do NOT buy at the top only at the lower end of a shares price range,as when a share is at the top it can only go one way. This is something we have done for the best part of 50 years.
We happened to come on this site by accident 2-3 years ago and the information seemed pretty good after some checking. However we have had spells when the FFWD share price dropped that you all began being rude and running each other down, instead of limiting yourselves to the passing on of good information.
As for any comments about us, it is like water off a ducks back because while you are trying to upset upset us some other poor individual who may get upset by your comments is left alone.
We now often only look at the FFWD trades as the posts are often not relevant.
Unfortunately owing to age and health we are very limited to what we can do , this is why we have generally committed our investment funds to investment trusts. Buying in the main those whose sectors are out of favour.
As we have said many times in the past we thank those of you who have spent hours researching and passing this valuable information on to the rest of us
