Some could say the SP may go to 2p but also say it is worth a lot more. Without contradicting themselves. Personally I think we have hit the bottom and a lot of people buying now will quadruple their investment at least, while some LTH may only make 50%
Before you call each other names. We do not wish to get in to the position of slanging matches of the kind we had a few years ago.
Leap, who can give estimate of its value? giving their reasons for it. This would be more constructive.
I understand our current NAV of 10-11p does not include any value for Leap, please correct me if I am wrong. So what ever it is worth it has to be added to the current NAV. Making todays SP ridiculous. Wish I had some more pennies to invest in to it.
Taking over as treasurer of the local football club as we, like a lot of organisations cannot get younger people to volunteer their time. Most of the committee are all retired.
Take care all

Another bank holiday? , Still the wicked witch of the north may give us more to keep the nationalists happy, millions wasted on ferries that do not work, it just goes on and on. I would like another vote as to whether Scotland went independent, about 60-70% are AGAINST separation. After all they only receive a small fortune per person more than the people per person in England, how she would cover that if independent no one seems to know. She is setting up Scottish "Embassies" in europe. Where is she setting the latest up? the latest in the British embassy in Denmark I think it is (or in a country near to it) . While our local roads rot away and the schools and health service are struggling, pregnant women are taken over a 100 miles from here to hospital .
Quite a lot of the nationalists are just bully boys, shouting and swearing at those who are against them. The other parties need to join and just put one candidate against the SNP in the next election as combined they get more votes. The party who was second at the last election being the only one to stand against her. As it is, the votes against the SNP are split 3 or possibly four ways. Still it is not my immediate concern as I will be looking to return south. Blues lost again, now fourth from the bottom, the club is in a really bad state.
Our local club drew with Thurso after dominating the game and conceding a second equalising goal in injury time, as a cup tie it went to penalties which after being 3-2 up lost 6-4. However after appealing to the league it will be replayed as they should have gone to extra time first. They changed the rules and it looks like they forgot to tell the ref's. They even had the cup ties played at 1.30 to help clubs from Orkney and Fort William in travelling. However both Orkney and Fort William did not enter the competition so I am told.
Just trying to remember why I am on here, oh yes, Seed and Leaps disposal this year.
Take care all.
The MMs have upped the price range with nothing but sells on the board. Most unusual as they seemed to always reduce the SP when ever they could. Have they had a sniff of something?
As for people getting paid to push or rubbish Seed, that is a real no go to me.
Lets face it those who read the posts on here are a very minority of holders in Seed. Maybe more read about it on Twitter, something I will have to learn how to use.
The current SP is a real bargain if you consider the NAV is 10-11p and as I understand it Leap has no value in the NAV calculations (please advise us on this point), even if it has a value in the NAV it is a fraction of its current worth. It (Seed) is unbelievable cheap, if all the stock was sold at its current valuation (with Leap at nil) the cash would be approximately 2.5 times the current SP. Add Leap in to it once it is disposed of, then Seed would be worth at least double the current SP, correct me if I am over estimating. Unless there is something dramatically wrong with the other holdings SEED is a BUY BUY BUY stock. If any one wishes to pay me to keep pushing SEED please do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I can buy more stock.
We are all negative at the moment, with cause, this leads to despondency and makes us complain about what ever we can get a grip on. The BOD being the easy target. Laughing at the current SP and looking to quadruple the SP is a good possibility. If outsiders are not interested at the moment, their bad luck, as for sure this will come good with Leap. Holding it longer than most of us wanted will have increased its value. Big % increase for the last few years will end and the increase will be smaller, but an increase in line with most growing business's. At that point then we should sell Leap. I have been critical of the BOD for the lack of information. We need to look at what the real value of Seed is and rub our hands. VERY BIG STRONG BUY. wish I had some spare pennies.
Am I stupid?
For those who want to buy hundreds and thousands of Seed shares and HL will not let them just open an account with IWeb (Halifax), £5 per deal, they let you buy. Do not understand why you keep saying you cannot buy, just go elsewhere.
We all get disheartened seeing Seed go down however their value has not changed, one day we will look at Seeds price and wonder why we did not mortgage the house and buy in to Seed. We will sit here thinking what a sausage I was not buying more at under 4p.
As to what it is worth every one thought 50 m was not out of the way, so what has changed your mind?
Some have realised it today and bought in and pushed the price up. Not seen so much blue since I was watching the Blues at St. Andrews. Unfortunately the club is in the blues. I did see them defeat Liverpool 9-1, but only managed a draw at Anfield a few years back now.
Seed will come good, still fail to understand why the BOD are not buying in.

The BODs does need replacing with people who hold a decent amount of stock, it is up to them to vote against the majority of the present BODs at the AGM
Large holders need to get together and rid us of those on the board. But everyone moans and still do not try to remove the BOD. After all they hold NO stock, they have no interest.
I still have faith in the holdings but they also need to invest in some quoted small companies to make it appealing to the big investors.
bemmacolli1
I said this a few days ago, as I said above get rid of them. I am sure some of you have the power to do so. They have strung us along taking their money while we lose ours.
I did think holding Leap as it grew was not a bad idea but for the sake of the shareholders now is the time to float it and keep 10% ourselves to make a few more pennies as it continues to grow, even at a slower rate than it has done.
As for the fund I will keep some of it after Leaps departure as there is no reason why it should not grow considerably with people at the helm who can steer a sensible route in to the future.
Probably NOTHING WILL CHANGE after the AGM except the bod will ask for a rise in their salary.
A lot think they they have been taken for a ride. If the AGM does not make some definite positive statements and a date for Leaps disposal the fund will continue down to worthless, I am sorry to say. I did have a lot of faith in the fund, but the BOD appear to have ruined it. If they do not buy some stock then something is wrong
Wonder just how many people will send questions to the AGM. They will just gloss over them I expect. Do not think any real good info from the AGM will emerge. They may ask for a pay rise owing to the cost of living increase!!!!! as well as allowing them to continue to reduce our investments.
It really is a disgrace, there is value there but the BOD do nothing to get the SP to increase. Will they come and buy some at 3p and make a real killing. Was this their plan?
He is correct about what Seed will go up leap and bounds at some date.
Had a small holding in an AIM share a few years back and got out after it halved in price. Came across it a few years later and it had gone up nearly 20 times from when we sold it.
It would not be desperation in my view, just an indication of what the fund will be investing in overall, health shares attract investors for the long term. We do have to attract new investors after all, would a name change put investors off? do not think so as people have short memories. I do doubt that the BOD would consider it.
May I point out we have never sold ANY of our holdings (wish we had sold at 12p etc) . Do not know where you are getting the information to say this, but it is incorrect. WE DO NOT TRADE. This is something we have repeated again and again. Call us (Me) daft for not taking a profit yes, but do not accuse us (Me) of selling.
As for a dividend the only way to give one is to say each quarter there will be a small dividend of say 0.125p that way shareholders can stay and take a small dividend as an incentive to remain. It may also push the price up as dividends attract investors.
BOD, I am not completely against them as I feel hanging on to Leap has increased its value. So as long as it is sold for a sensible amount or an IPO at a price that pushes the NAV up a lot. The other stocks may also mature in to decent holdings. If the money from Leap is invested steadily in a number of companies I will go along with them. I do intend to continue to hold Seed long term, as I have said before. Again I repeat I have no connection with any one else on this board or is a Seed shareholder.
A change of name to include wellness would not go amiss. FFWD and SEED are both not liked and a name change to reflect the companies policy would be beneficial.
More or less correct. Those sat on the side lines may get a shock when they wake up one day and see Leap has gone or something else, which I will mention later, has propelled the price to over 10p, leaving those who try to trade having to pay more than they sold their stock for or those who have been watching the price go down before they buy missing the boat. The only winners will be those who have hung on to their holdings. The "something" else I mentioned could be a take over of SEED by another I.T who looks at the NAV and tries to buy it for 8p. If put to the shareholders most would take it.
As you state Seed is worth 10p, at least so it really is a bargain to buy in to if you have the cash.
Do not understand why people say Seed is not worth buying when you can purchase stock at 40% of its value. A bit like giving 40p to buy a £ coin. The human brain can conjure up strange things, when people keep telling you that a £ coin is only worth 40p over and over again you begin to believe it.
That or my brain is strange, up to you to decide.
