Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
One of the reasons I have sold up most of my stock and invested some of the returns in Premium bonds is because I am moving south and do not want volatility in my finances. as you can only hold £50k in PB I have had to put some in to my families names, up to £50k each, they have bought a good return, better than the stock market of late in fact. No massive wins of late but did win £10k a few years ago.
The next two weeks sees me having a number of doctors / medical and hospital appointments but will keep an eye on Seed as it has just become a hobby to me and I do like reading all your posts when time permits, especially when they are not attacking fellow share holders of course.
Also I am going to try and find out how to use Twitter, as I hear so much about it.
I have told my medics I intend to live to 125 just to menace every one, especially some of you!!!!!!!!!!!.
You really are perthetic using foul language. I still fail to understand what you mean by fake accounts. We signed up here, goodness how long ago, perhaps 6 -7 years, more? using our email address, like every one else, so how can it be fake?
Now DA Prphet has started to join Dagenham, to answer you we were not 80 when we first invested in an Aim quoted trust, because the majority of our investments were in I.Ts. and Fast Forward was an entirely different trust to those we held at the time, the fact it was in Aim was not a consideration, just the fact it invested in non quoted stocks and overall we liked trusts that invested in small companies as their growth usually out runs the tusts that invest in the top 100 stocks and FF was the only one investing in unquoted firms. As for individual small firms in AIM we have not purchased any in since Four Eyes ( do any of you remember them? it must be 40-50 years ago, they were opticians) who we bought and then sold at a profit through one of those nasty small traders who just tried to get more investors in to a stock with cold phone calling to get people trading in iffy firms to boost its share price, they then would sell up when they were making a huge profit causing the total collapse of that shares price and losing the shareholders their money. As it went up we got out, as some did with FF now Seed, at the traders dissapointment I must add and they tried to get us to put our money in to another small stock which we did not do.
I am still a fan of small companies in general.
Over the years I have condemed those who were attacking each other on here as most of you know and I condem you and the rude words you use. Sometimes you had something sensible to say, but now with nothing to add regards Seed you turn on fellow investors. Hopefully it will be the end of you!!!
What senseless and silly people say about me (sadly just me now) is water off a ducks back and I actually feel sorry for them, have they nothing better to do?
How I am supposed to know Mr J Mellon Da Prophet?
The snow thankfully is dissapearing, except in my south side garden. If any one wants a three large bedroom bungalow with a long lounge and large dining room, mine is for sale with about 3/4 acre which is viable to build a couple of small homes in. I will take £170k for it as I am hopefully returning south to my offspring in Torbay, where we moved from to retire in to the wilderness.
What do you mean Fake account, how can youy have a fake accounbt in here? there is something seriously wrong with you. One day, if you manage to reach 80 you may well look back and think, what was I going on about and wonder why do people try to make the elderly look silly, as some one like you are now, takes the micky out of you. Most countries revere the elderly, here a lot just take the micky. I just feel sorry for you, have you nothing better to do. I treat you as a joke.
There really are some serious sales at a loss, not that there were none from 7p down. just how long will the MMs continue to buy stock to hold before marking Seed down a lot. Perhaps they have buyers waiting to pay 2p - 2.3p. Lets see what Monday brings.
THAT DEAL I THINK IS A PURCHASE NOT A SALE. BUT EVEN WITH THAT REVERSED THERE ARE MORE SALES THAN PURCHASES WITH SELLERS SELLING AT A LOSS. IS ED ONE OF THEM, WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE, BUT I DOUBT IT.
I STILL CAN SEE US GOING TO 2P, A LOT MORE SEEM TO THINK THE SAME, SO IT IS ATTRACTING SELLERS, EVEN AT A LOSS
FOLLOWING SPECSAVERS TELLING THE HOSPITAL THAT I NEEDED A CATARACT OPPERATION, I AM HAVING TO WAIT 5 WEEKS FOR THE HOSPITAL TO SEE ME, PROBABLY 1 - 2 WEEKS AFTER THAT THEY WILL OPERATE. NOT TOO LONG A WAIT I THOUGHT. NOW LETS SEE WHAT THE SAY.
NO COMMENTS ABOUT CAPITALS PLEASE, AS I FORGOT TO SEE WHAT CASE WAS ON AND I WAS NOT REWRITING IT.
Cleared paths again , lucky it did not freeze last night. Raining slightly which is helping the snow go, only a couple of inches now. Gives me a chance to catch up on the recordings I have made. Also have not done much as I was unwell when attending an appointment at Raigmore hospital Friday, at least the right place to be a bit iffy at, and just rested since, even missed church one day, which shows I was not to good.
Sales have stopped, but no buys either, perhaps this is the low we have all been waiting for.
Not far out, I was going on about cannabis when every one was saying LEAP was our salvation and still think cannabis will grow massively, but when. rather pay 2.7 than 2.35 in case it drops below 2p. If I miss it I will not worry as I have a holding in it.
Thought buyers would be in today, but they are apparently very wary of it, who can blame them with what has happened in the past. Even BOD buys made very little difference.
It really is dismal seeing these sales and the complete lack of confidence in Seed. It really looks a decent buy at the NAV, however investors do not trust the NAV and are nervous it will decrease again. I continue to hold those I still have and if things do change then I may invest more.
As things are going I would not be surprised if Seed went under 2p. If the BOD buy more then we may halt the fall in the SP and get a rise, but for how long is anyone's guess.
For myself I am getting a decent return from the premium bonds with another four wins this month, not massive but steady useful returns all the same and my money is safe.
What on earth do you mean by fooling every one. As a stake holder in Seed I get very upset at the way it is being run and although I can see it has great possibilities , even allowing for the Leap farce, but on the other hand I see the BOD ruining the company, no one has faith in Seed to invest in to it.
So please explain your self, are you a stake holder? and what do you feel about Seed. Instead of criticising others just put your feelings about Seed in print. I have not been trying to fool anyone, about what I fail to know what you think this fooling is.
Every should should just write their feelings on here and not run down or criticise others. We have had far too much of that in the past.
I worry that what cash the BOD get will just be used to pay expenses and their high salaries at our expense. I understand we do have a substantial cash fund and it needs to be invested wisely, unlike many past investments. Even the few good investments get sold of on the cheap.
I want to see Seed grow but cannot foresee it in the short and even the long term as things stand at board level now.
Even with BOD buying no one trusts them. With the current NAV three times the SP it looks a bargain, but people are wary, will the NAV fall again and will any cash from sales go to cover expenses and wages. No one will buy until they prove the NAV can go up and cash will be invested wisely.
At 2.45p you would think it can go no lower but we said that at 5p. OK it can only drop 2.4p but that is a 100% loss for any any one buying now or holding. Those with stock are selling, probably as they have had enough.
Would I be correct in saying that this I.T. is very underfunded, giving it very limitations as to what it can invest in. This causes one major holding to be the "great redeemer" of the fund, ie Leap for years. With a larger capital base a much wider spread in its portfolio would have been possible, when the trust was started how was the capital raised and what was its initial aim? Again with a larger range more income would have ben generated to cover its cost. However we have to battle on with a small portfolio and hope all will grow over the years.
I follow the trades most days out of interest but question whether I should invest more in to it.
Be nice to each other. It gets better results in the end.
