CANNABIS;
This will make Seed an investment trust that you have to be invested in for UK investors once it is legalised in North American states and gradually world wide, ironically I am against its use, but I also no longer drink alcohol but still invest in it. People will want a part of the action.
Seeds problem is they have seen great possibilities in the future for certain commodities and invested in them while very young, yes some fell apart but others will not. You have to dip your toe in to the water and expect to get bit occasionally to get the full benefits in the future. So it is a long winding road to success.
Leap has gone from strength to strength and hopefully it will be disposed of or it has an IPO just as it reaches the top of the tree. Once at the top there is the possibility of a fall or it grows to a greater hight like some of the multi million companies in the world. So once Leap is disposed of I would like Seed to retrain about 2% for the future.
Gambling will always be popular regardless of what ever laws are bought in. I remember the "good old days" when old age pensioners collected bets on the corner of the street and in shop doorways (often pubs) for the bookmakers when it was illegal, My grandfather was one of the first to have a betting licence at the cost of £100. OAPs received a small gratuity and their court fines payed by the bookmaker, however this could only be done twice as a third conviction meant jail. The bookie always looked after those who collected bets for them.
This applies to cannabis which will grow steadily. While I think the BOD here could be more open and give updates on their position regarding Leap (and the others) at regular periods (on that point I diverse, did you see the article about Viagra (or some part of it) being used to quell period pains) but back to where I was, periods of time so we are updated, without these updates the LTH will continue to complain. of course the lack of investment by board members in Seed is another concern for would be investors. Surly they could all buy some to show some sort of confidence in it.
So it has been and with these type of investments, always will be a game of patience. The BOD may in fact be doing a very good job but only time will tell and I for one will stay with them. Not that my mind would change if proved wrong.
Keep it peaceful between yourselves, if you have to have a go then do so at me, where it is water of a ducks back and not at someone who may get upset. Peace reigns and the world is good.
