Has anyone bothered to email ANGS and offer congratulations to GL, the Bod and site team?
Some of the abuse these people have had to endure over the past months will have pushed them to their wits end.
Be nice, be kind and above all be grateful for the work they have put in to finally make this happen.
Well played GL! Well done ANGS Bod and well done site team!
An RNS should have dropped this week. One way or the other, shareholders should be kept informed as to the level of further delays.
I have been invested in ANGS on and off for the last three years and I am now at the end of my patience.
Count yourself lucky. I'm over £10k in the red on this one, despite catching the last dip and averaging down considerably.
UJO's MCAP is now worth £3m less than its assets and cash in the bank.
CPR, dividend and RR news required urgently.
As ANGS have procured all of the kit required to get gas to grid for their Saltfleetby field at the cost of £12m, would it not be prudent for DB to keep the money in the bank for the time being to cover UJO's share of the costs for Wressle?
Assuming the same equipment is required for gas to grid, UJO's share would be £4.8m. This would be recouped very quickly with the release of the choke and the gas sales.
Please try reading the works of Dr. Judith Curry, a Climatologist PHD who has written over 300 books and papers on climate change. Says it is mostly lies.
Or you could of course take your climate change advice from a Swedish truant. Your choice.
Morning GP.
I think you are on the right track with your thinking there. I can't see the buyer of Corallion wanting to take on all risk for a lump sum.
The way I see it is that there will be a token payment for the purchase of the company. It has been mentioned elsewhere that the value of Carallion is expected to be in the region of £11m. Therefore a credible offer would be anything above this amount, say £15 - 20m, with a royalty once the well starts producing after it is hooked up to the nearest pipeline.
Much as I would love the initial payment to be absolutely whopping, I really can't see it happening.
Don't forget that the deal may also fall through. OK we get our £250k back for the rest of the assets, but we are also back at square one trying to find a new buyer for Victory.
Hi Heid.
Yes, that is correct. Arden being the only broker to offer an SP target at this time.
Obviously, Bisc and WN will be zero rated as there is no real movement in terms of drilling kit on site at the moment.
Rather disappointed that they have downgraded the target from £1.43 to be honest.
It would seem that our current SP is purely based on assets and cash in bank + receivables.
