Unlikely. The last RNS said end of August for final connection.
ANGS like to be fashionably late with everything they complete and I don't see them looking to break the habit of a lifetime now.
I see on twitter, rumour has it that Trafigura are on site today. They own part of the local refinery.
Could be an offer in the pipeline. (Pun intended)
Thank you for that Onetomany. Mine had none available and I had to snap them up in four chunks as they became available.
Best of luck with your investment.
Morning all,
I have just tied to purchase an amount of shares and this had to be done in 4 tranches.
It would appear that there are only 1813 shares available to buy at this time.
Does anyone have sight over tier 2? Can they tell how many shares are available? Just out of interest.
Afternoon Singhie,
As a Mechanical engineer, the idea of geothermal fascinates me. Particularly as I was married to an Icelandic lass and heard the tales of the Icelanders not having to pay for heating or hot water, as it was to all intents and purposes free to generate.
That is a completely different scenario to what it is possible to achieve in the UK.
In order to generate steam, a geothermal well would need to be over two miles or three kilometers deep. That is of course not allowing for the temperature drop as the heated water travels to ground level.
As we are not parked on top of several active volcanos, the idea of geothermal in the UK is just that. I nice idea.
I'm looking forward to picking up about 8Bn shares for £50 by the end of the year.
It would be nice if the dynamic duo could make a statement on say Dunrobin for example. Where they are the operator
Wasn't there meant to be a drill or drop decision by the end of last month?
Mind you, S&S are probably too busy spaffing shareholder's money up the wall on Bugatti Veyrons with matching watch and luggage set to be sidetracked by such trivialities.
The 250,000 popping up in about ten minutes are mine. Otherwise, it is people who know a bargain when they see one.
Oh look. The SP has just dropped another 7.5%.
S&S had better pull a rabbit out of the hat tomorrow or the pair of them will be toast at the next takeover bid.
Strange that there isn't a single buy today, just a sea of red. Almost like someone knows something is about to go down.
Why do I get the feeling that these two gormless wideboys are not going to get the boot any time soon.
They will take the fact that they are holding onto their highly paid positions with the tenacity of the Red army holding onto Sebastopol as a thumbs up from shareholders that it is absolutely fine to go ahead and ditch the Ferrari and Lambo company motors in favour of a Bugatti and a Koenigsberg.
That 0.1.% is for backhanders, sweeteners and brown envelopes to the local Italian Mayor, his capos and the local mafia Don.
Have you never done business in Italy before? It works much the same in Spain and Portugal too.
Nothing moves until all palms have been well and truly greased.
Pretty much Uggy. I think there was one I agreed with.
Hopefully disgruntled shareholders will use this opportunity to let the BoD know how we feel about their disastrous investing abilities in dead ducks.
Knowing my luck, the dynamic dou will pull a rabbit out of the hat before the end of the month and I might feel a twinge of guilt.
This is however incredibly unlikely.
In all honesty TAC, I would rather see the planning approval for Biscathorpe land first.
We need that one in the bag before Labour get into power and try to appease the yoghurt knitters with no new oil and gas. Economic literacy has never been Labour's strong point and they love playing to the minority crowd at the expense of the rest of normal civilisation.
I also want to see JSO go full Tonto if it is granted. Should be good for a laugh and the SP.
That is exactly what I am sticking around for Simon.
I have a large number of shares at a very high average (considering current SP level).
Assuming WN gas drill is a success, the JV partners will all be looking to offload their share(s) to a major. I believe this has always been the plan.
The only question is, what price would S&S happily sell theirs and Raithlin's share for.
Going by the Corallion sale, I reckon about fifty quid and a couple of Wimbledon tickets for the dynamic duo to claim the sale a resounding success.
Afternoon Simon.
WN will only be drilled on a horizontal for the gas now. It would appear that the JV partners have decided the oil is there, but not economically viable to extract.
If this ever sees 0.5p, I think we will be lucky.
