The only RNS we will be getting tomorrow is after the AGM, stating 'all resolutions passed' end of RNS.

Could be why S&S have recently thrown their bonus and whatever they found down the back of the sofa into their own shares.

They obviously feel confident about something coming through the pipeline.

Like with most things in life, follow the money.

Probably some cousin or other owns the local helicopter rental company.

I think we already know that the dilution is going to decimate the SP.

That said, that fact that the shares have been added to the total would mean that the draw down of the funds has begun.

This is turn means that the rig has been booked and the environmental permits have been issued.

Hopefully this will be released on an RNS by the end of the week. Anybody's guess what that bit of news will do to the SP.

I hate to be the negative Nancy here, but the rig contract and environmental permit will have already been priced in.

There may be a little boost in the SP, but I wouldn't expect fireworks until the drill bit hits the bottom of the hole and the well test proves commercial volumes and flow rates.

I was having a think about this just this morning.

Considering the first draw down on the CLNs could not be done until such time that the rig was booked and the environmental permits issued. I would hazard a guess that these two items are already in place in order for the draw down to be permitted.

Now we just await the confirmation of which rig and the date it is will on site.

They do have until the end of the month to announce a rig being booked.

All the RNS will say is 'All resolutions passed'. Ends.

I have a feeling that may be a buy looking at the timing.

Part of the finance deal is that the rig has to be booked by the end of this month.

Not long to wait until we find out which contractor and which rig will be used.

We can track the rig and its schedule of works once we know this.

Just thinking out loud here. Did it mention who had bought the Valaris 247?

My thoughts being that perhaps a country with a majority interest in a gas field that requires multiple drills may have bought the rig as it may work out cheaper than leasing.

In all fairness to the two idiots in charge, they may have played a blinder in terms of WN shares bought from Connought.

If they can afford to wait out this laughable, yet increasingly dangerous government. They will be sitting on an 70% share of £173m worth of gas (£121m).

They may not have to even wait it out. When the rolling blackouts start, the rising anger at stratospheric energy prices really kicks in and industry has to start closing down on alternate days because they can no longer afford to run full time. That is when net zero will be abandoned.

That is also when any political party with any common sense will cry 'Drill baby! Drill!' and S&S will be sitting pretty on an asset that everyone will want a piece of.

Considering this is AIM, looks like the SP being dragged down to accommodate a big order.

I think people are forgetting that 30% of 3 trillion cubic feet of gas is still a trillion cubic feet of gas to Sunday.

Anyone have any idea what a trillion cubic feet of gas is worth these days?
