Looking at the SP dropping this morning, I would say that S&S have failed miserably again and the deal with Beacon isn't going through.

An RNS confirming either way would be appreciated.

Judging by the SP this morning on zero trades, it looks like that has fallen through.

I would say the market was reasonably impressed by the way the SP jumped up 50% at one point this morning, before profit takers did their thing.

RBD currently have around £4m in the bank and a huge chunk of WN in their back pocket.

They will most likely not go as far as developing West Newton and will probably sell it for a song to a mid tier developer.

That's the way I see it going down.

I think you're missing the point.

RBD get an income for 7-8 years from CS with no further funding required on their (our) part.

That keeps the lights on and gives an income stream, possibly propped up by Italian government grants.

There is also RBD California to consider, where there's some compo to be paid to DBRK, of which RBD will be entitled to a percentage.

Then, there's WN. Not going to happen full scale until crazy Ed and his net zero insanity are done and gone. So let the income roll in and be stuck on the bank until. WN can be drilled again and RBD own the lion's share.

Could work out very nice indeed. If you have a LOT of patience.
