The loan is subject to contract law, only the lender CAN declare it in default, not some non-contracting party such as yourself.

They are NOT "TECHNICALLY in DEFAULT" unless you lent £20m to Angus and are Trafigura.

Only the lender can declare a default, not some anonymous poster on a bulletin board.

SB said that the EIFO loan facility not only secures them finance through to construction but may also help them through to production, given that EIFO has expressed an interest in supporting them further and that it normally becomes involved at the construction stage.
