Alba has 25.78% of GROC where SB believes he may well have secured financing from EIFO through to production.

If he is right, it means that GROC is de-risked financially. The risks that remain are essentially permitting and technical in nature.

Nope, I do not know what kind of a percentage gain on their stake Peel Hunt anticipate.

What I hope is that it is a substantial one.

The first question is: what kind of a percentage gain do they anticipate?

The last time Peel Hunt disclosed a significant stake in UKOG, the share price shot up.

The second question is: will they eventually sell them back into the market or will they go looking for one or more significant buyer(s)?

If Peel Hunt's 10.12% has been acquired as a market maker, then clearly they have been absorbing some of the recent sells which have brought the share price down to its current level.

The market has not reacted to SB's interview of last Friday, 24/10, but this is so important for GROC and its projects. From 04:34:

It was deltavega who explained, on a previous stake taken by Peel Hunt, that the declaration level for a market maker is 10%.

I don't believe there was an RNS re the 4% threshold so it looks as if Peel Hunt has picked up its 10% stake as a market maker.
