"GreenRoc applied to Hørsholm Municipality's technical department for approval of running the pilot plant including the mills and chemical purification and this was received in October 2025".

The company is moving faster than the market: 22/10 EUR 5.2m debt facility secured from the EIFO; early this week SB tweets from Zhongke Powder Equipment Company's milling plant in China.

The EIFO has backed GROC's plans for the crucial pilot plant and SB is wasting no time whatsoever in pushing ahead with these plans. In addition, SB believes the EIFO may be prepared to back GROC through to production.

Think the market is being left behind by the speed with which progress is being made on the ground.

Gallder's Q4 estimation of 5.35m therms is 29% up on the Q3 figure of 4.16m.

Take out £4.5m of cash recently raised means the business itself is valued at £2.4m.

Given the government's focus on its net zero strategy and the likely importance to that strategy of hydrogen storage, that is an undemanding valuation, imho.

Wait and see, mimbrit, these are not projects that need to be fully funded from the word go.

"As currently structured" suggests the framework of the RTO itself. A more usual formula might have referred to the terms that have been negotiated.

For understandable reasons, UKOG hasn't specified the names of the companies concerned, one Japanese, one European.

Could be Sumitomo and RWE but that is just guessing.

Negotiating for a partner to take up to 50% of the project(s).

This is a very good update from Angus and shareholders will be pleased to see the better delivery from Saltfleetby as well as good all round operational performance. The rollover of the low priced legacy hedging volumes rolled off in June 2025 which had been expected but was no less welcome. Finally, the company confirms that positive discussions with its creditors regarding restructuring of its debt remain ongoing, again good news.

The owners of the group of producing assets in the Gulf of America/Mexico have been in discussion with Angus for at least 5 1/2 months now. During al of that time, they have not withdrawn from the discussions.

The funding is potentially there.

Think JT-P's resignation suggests the team is doing all they should be doing in the current financially-constrained context.

Don't see lender taking any equity, would confuse their contractual and legal rights as the lender.

Don't see lender pulling the plug either. They already have security over Saltfleetby, they would still have the problem of managing the field in order to maximise production.

Could be trading again this week, depends upon the date of the Board meeting this week.

Obviously, if Angus announce the RTO is not proceeding, the restoration of trading should be very quick indeed.
