Took the trouble of checking for myself on one occasion when I couldn't understand where all the claimed losses were coming from.

Think Bubblepoint's £100m is closer to reality, there were already accumulated losses before UKOG became UKOG.

If all the pre-suspension shareholders have done is maintain their existing holdings, then by definition all of the funds raised through the placings have been invested by new shareholders.

True, that is why the share price is where it is and not higher.

But they do have a restored share price, an MOU with National Gas, a market cap of about £8.1m and have just raised ash of £4.5m so they have emerged from their suspension in good shape and are actively seeking a partner.

Market cap £8.13m.

Take out £4.50m of cash from recent raises means the business itself is valued in the market at £3.63m - undemanding given the potential.

Unless they encounter visible gold, imho.

At its present level, UKOG has risen about 150% since its return from suspension.

150% may not be the 300, 400, 500% some were hoping for but it is still a very respectable gain in 17 calendar days.

It is rare that stocks go up in an unbroken straight line. What usually happens is that there are pauses to consolidate the rise. Imho, that is what the stock is experiencing at the present time.

The stock is absorbing the effects of its return after a suspension of 6 months and raising a total of £4.5m in the 3 successive sessions after its return.

This is to be expected and healthy.

No 24-hour a day poster on this board will make the slightest difference to the stock's performance, especially it they are not themselves intervening in a significant way in the market.
