From the RTO RNS of 19/05, which spoke of "a (potential) significant increase in reserves, production and positive cash flow", I had assumed the RTO formed an integral part of the discussions with Trafigura.

But I was wrong because this morning's RNS confirms non-binding terms have been agreed with Trafigura while the RTO continues to be pursued.
