While its parent holding company is based in the Chinese territory, Kemexon's owners are Belgian, more specifically the Bricout family. The company is now run by Ludwig Bricout and Alexia Bricout, whose father André Bricout owned the Antwerp-based oil refinery Raffinerie belge des pétroles. (googled my own post , of 24/11/22!)

Interesting, isn't it? Instead of stopping at the holding of the equitisation RNS, Kemexon has actually continued to buy some more shares.

That's an additional 17.4m shares by comparison to the projected holding of the 28/09 RNS.

In fact, that holding is marginally more than the % indicated in the equitisation RNS of 28/09:

"This will bring Kemexon's shareholding to 963,795,515 Ordinary Shares representing 23.26% of the Company's total issued share capital" (v 981,195,515 in this evening's RNS).

It's official, Kemexon now holds 23.68% v its previous declaration of 12.47%
