What remains to be refinanced will be about the same sum as the £12m we raised in 2021 to develop the field in the first place, as by year end all but c. £6m of the senior facility will be repaid and the only other debt remaining is the second c. £6m bridging debt. The difference between now and 2021 is that we have a pipeline connected, a site processing gas and a third well successfully delivering in a very high gas price environment. Today, also, we are producing about 40,000 therms above hedged volumes, as can be determined from our accounts and the National Gas website, and so we are finally enjoying prices per therm for some of our gas which are well above 100 pence without the drag of a hedge. This is a much lower risk proposition for capital providers and a great opportunity for equity investors too.

It isn't RH's style to exaggerate so I think we can take him at his word when he says "excellent".

As for ownership, well if you don't pay for your part of the deal then that ownership isn't legal is it lol...

Depends upon the terms of the contract. In this case, ownership changed upon acquisition.
