The placing RNS of 19/11/24 contained this sentence:

"An energy infrastructure investor" has become "several energy infrastructure investors". That is a positive development.

End of the debt facility's 12-month grace period (drawn down RNS of 22/02/24): 1st quarterly capital repayment of £1.25m due.

Debt begins to come down and, hopefully, market cap begins to rise.

Further, in terms of the balance sheet, because more of the debt is now payable within the next 12 months, the relevant debt will shift out of non-current liabilities and into current liabilities.

Through the issue of new shares and a rise in the share price, the potential is there for the market cap to appreciate from here.
