You come across as someone that claims to work on facts and the details in RNS's yet you post this without knowing who was involved in the raise and who wasn't.

Maybe share with us who else was/wasn't involved in the raise as you seem to have some inside knowledge - it would be interesting to know

billy - you are certainly cherry-picking information and raise questions in a very negative manner.
There is an alternative reason that they may no longer need the $15M - see if you can work that one out
Every coin has two sides and if all you can see is the negatives then you may miss a number of opportunities in life
If you don't like the company, the people running it, the products or the risks then you have the option to walk away

testicle - the reason you don't think that people can do well is because you are viewing it from a trader's perspective and not the investor.
Despite what you think you have no idea what the SP will do tomorrow or next week or next month. If you had bought at 3p you would have sold below 10p and missed a 10 bagger.
I have held this share for over 5 years - first bought in around 12-13p and watched it go up to the 70s and then retrace to just under 3p. My average is very good and I'm perfectly happy and don't worry about what I could have done in a parallel universe where I buy at every low and sell at every high. I know plenty of traders that have done nowhere near as well as investors that bought and held.
Good luck with your trading. No doubt when the big RNS drops you'll be telling us all you bought the evening before.

What a ridiculous thing to post - of course if we knew where the SP was heading every day we would all do very well.
One thing you have completely overlooked (probably deliberately) is that most of the investors here are exactly that - investors and not traders.
The majority have been invested since single figure SPs so thanks for the advice but we are all doing ok without you.
Yes the SP is falling and if we'd sold out at £1 could have made some money but you weren't exactly banging your drum when the SP was at 3p telling us all to buy. You are late to the party and missed the money which I guess explains a lot.
You try and make out you're such a fantastic investor but just come across as bitter and unfulfilled.
To paraphrase what has been stated many times investing is transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient.

Discussion (both positive and negative) is very healthy and what these boards were designed for but you really are becoming a bit of a bore now regurgitating the same old thing. Nothing you are raising is new and if you've read the RNS's, watched the various online interviews with CEOs and major investors and attended last year's company presentation you would understand that.
You have resorted to analysing each sentence from an RNS and breaking it down into an infinite number of different possible scenarios. Somewhat childish as you are effectively saying that your interpretation is right and what everyone else understands it to mean is wrong.
Rather than making mischief for the sake of it why don't you pick the phone up to the CEOs or email them if you really have concerns? Of course you won't do that because they will correct every petty issue you have and you'll look even more silly.
Your schizophrenic relationship with billybigballs means that any credibility you crave has gone - you have to question the motives of someone that states he "heard that one store had only sold 2 packs in a week" as it smacks of making stories up to cause unease amongst investors. You seem to cling to him as your only friend which suggests you may have some real life issues that you need help with. Maybe concentrate on that rather than spending your time chatting about a share which you think is so bad but also claim to be invested in.
You've tried to be smart by claiming you're invested as it gives you a security blanket so that if the SP drops you can claim you told us all and if it shoots back up you can claim you made money on your half of the £250. No-one really cares. Many here have serious money invested because they have done their research and spoken personally with the CEOs.
Let's see how the share progresses over the next few months and you can leave the adults to have some proper discussion.

vascular - are you actually aware that both the smokes and chews are supplied in multi-packs? I'm not aware of any store that stocks multi-packs on the counter. They are a display item - the clue is in the name!!

pictland - I agree. I think it's critical for CBX to get out of the blocks fast. They need to get branding sorted ASAP and get samples out to the market and to influencers. They need to start getting reviews and hopefully awards to push the products. This all takes time and this should be underway before long and the brand should have visibility before dropping on to shelves. Having a clear brand will also give confidence to investors and generate media interest prior to official launch.
From what the company have put out there I also do not see the product being sold through the likes of Sports Direct. I assume they will be targeting chains of gyms, spas and sports clubs. A few high profile sports people will add kudos but will come at a cost.

bushmaster - I also take your point on LH but my concern there is that even after 3 years on High Street shelves they are not making money. They are now looking at massive expansion which is a bit like putting the cart before the horse.
ZOE have a distributor lined up but no announcement yet and are currently only selling online in the UK. In their last release they stated that the smokes will be on shelves in the UK by end of Q2 so I assume that the distribution arrangements for both will be announced soon.
Funding is critical and I mentioned some time back that there would need to be another placing here. To roll out products is incredibly costly and it would be very naive for investors not to expect a raise here before launch. LH had a recent cash raise and will be almost certainly need more before long especially with the proposed expansion in to the US and Asia.
ZOE recently announced a facility for access to funds up to $35M which at face value looks like a great deal with minimal dilution.
The non-listed companies will probably survive and do very nicely but not on the scale that those listed companies are targeting. The big money needs big investment and of course it's easier for listed companies to raise additional funds but always at the cost of dilution. That doesn't mean it's always a negative (far from it) but dilution does impact existing shareholders.
The words coming from CBX sound good so it's now down to the BOD to deliver.

Bushmaster - I think you are wrong on writing ZOE off as they will be one of the major competitors to CBX. I understand your comment about the US but that is the focus for their CBD smokes and pouches which are obviously not competition. ZOE have recently been promoting their new range of products on IG which include a much bigger cosmetics range (anti-ageing creams and serums). The gift boxes that have seen sent out look great and will supposedly be on High Street shelves long before the CBX products are launched. The website hasn't been updated yet but is supposed to go live soon and will be interesting to see.
I don't see too much competition from Love Hemp at the moment - they don't seem to have a clear direction and are not really targeting the luxury market. Their new tie-up with UFC may give them a higher profile in the sports sector but will need a lot of re-branding as it's a very different market to where they currently sit.
There are plenty of other companies not listed that will be competition - Pureis is one that springs to mind amongst others.
The arena is huge and there is plenty of room for multiple players - it's important that CBX meet their launch dates and are clear with their target market and branding/marketing but I see no reason they shouldn't do well. If the link to DB continues that will always help with the publicity and keep them in the public eye.

You haven't bothered to give us the courtesy of explaining why you invested here, what research you did before investing or what has changed since the time you invested. For someone that claims all this experience you come across as impatient and naive and expect immediate £s here. If you really have done your research (which sounds more and more unlikely) you will know that the company were adamant that they wanted the foundations in place before they rushed the products out. They have made it clear that they do not want to give their competitors any possible advantage by publishing their road map and will announce news as and when it's ready.
If you can't deal with that then nobody is keeping you here.

The Chill packs retail just under $10 so I would work on $2.50 profit per pack at the moment (it will improve in time).
The numbers are easy to calculate and still make good reading

We are all investors trying to do our best so maybe consider that also. Those that have put more research into the company are the ones who have invested the most - that should give you a hint.
If you want to be spoon fed maybe try changing your approach a bit and demonstrate that you have actually put some leg-work in yourself.
