Scully12345, SWG SP has done very well in last 2 months. Colin has been CEO for nearly 4 years, after his promotion from CFO, has not taken a significant cash stake in all that time - to align risk with us PI.

THEWHEELO,TPT, Thank you for replies I had already covered that in a previous post. Its as much he has no intention of buying a significant stake in the future. See how much confidence is gained when CEO has a significant stake. I won't advertise the shares but we all know some.

My posts yesterday at 08:52, 13:23 and 13:45 yesterday seem to have been missed / ignored / avoided by the main protagonists on here after today's bickering. To paraphrase: Colin back up your talk by putting a significant stake into the company. Its the norm for a CEO to back the company he runs.

Gekkonis I think you meant 'damn sight'. Yes, I heard him say that in a podcast more than six months ago. I do not accept his excuse. And he is a trained accountant so he his whole career is not invested in AST. I do believe he is making every effort to make AST a success. A decent size investment when you are CEO is the norm for PI to have faith in a company. We all know he has earnt about �120k and �50k bonus recently.

Fair point Macqui regarding Colin timing an investment - not in closed periods before results - or maybe during SR But at this time Colin only has an insignificant holding. He needs to have skin in the game and align risk with shareholders. I will phrase the question: will he ?

Thank you HFO for the link. Colin seems to be taking the best action he can on all fronts. I am encouraged by this. He has to balance income against development action. The real thing that would restore confidence if he would buy a significant stake. I intend asking him at the AGM. Also, nothing about INA contract renewal yet.

Monarch, At what point in the meeting are questions allowed at an AGM ? I have not attended an AST AGM until this one ? Its a good question but no chance of a substantive answer. So many difficult questions for the BOD but I doubt it will make any difference.... I would ask how they could let Hendos make about 10 million suppressing all bad news at the cost to PI. Col was asked many times to pay off the CLNs. He always gave this answer they deserved to make money having saved the company. But then CC was put in place to get the money for them. Monarch, the problem is CH is only after a good deal for the BOD, not for the AST or the PI. No deal and his , and the BOD excessive salaries still roll in.

Look at my post.at the time of the RNS. He should not of disclosed any aspect of the JV - does n't Col understand what nondisclosure means ? Another question for me to ask at the AGM.
