My questions to Colin with answers18 Jul 2018 16:49
Colin replied to me that he had no objection copying answers to the bb so here they are:-
F.A.O. Colin Hutchinson,
Firstly, I see you have decided to stop tweeting since March 2018.
I suggest you tweet to explain.
Secondly, how confident are you of the IPPC license being agreed this time round.
Do you think it will take another two months from 5th July before ARSO reply ?
Thirdly, have you a date when you will draw a line under the strategic review
and decide there will be no deal. Are we close to a deal ?
Fourthly, newspaper articles have appeared recently explaining environment concerns with fracking
and the applications for to renter wells. Media articles can be NGO attempts to stop the company’s development or
real ARSO concerns that need addressing. You have not issued any RNS to reassure shareholders.
Fifthly, how does the current balance sheet look and in particular cash position.
As time goes on and on surely you should consider, with other BOD, a gesture to reduce your take.
Sixthly, the share price is on its knees, as a large private investor sitting on a huge loss
I need some reassurance there is light at the end of a dark tunnel.
I await your substantive replies, thanks.

Thank you for your message.
1. I stopped using Twitter on advice from our Nomad after being reported to AIM regulation for a light hearted tweet.
2. I hope that ARSO will act in a timely fashion but there are no guarantees.
3. We have not set a date for completing the review but are working to bring things to a conclusion as soon as is practical.
4. We have stated in an RNS that ARSO have asked further questions in relation to the re-entries and we believe that we will not cause any significant environmental risk.
5. We will release our cash balance when we put out our interims. We have reduced fees in the past and would not hesitate to do the same again should circumstances require it.
6. The share price is lower than it has been for quite some time. Our priorities are the review process, permits and production. I hope that success on these fronts should help to improve the share price.
Thanks
Colin
