Slight mistake - he is Chairman of the Audit committee (part of role is overseeing disclousures ) and member of the Remuneration Committee (only a gravy train driver and involved with the ridiculous bonuses ).

Just read his resume on AST site. The bit made me laugh ironically at Ernst & Young clients "helping to deliver shareholder value". Also, he is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. So, he is lead driver of the gravy train.

reso, CH should not have said anything about SR. All parties signed NDA and he should not leak anything, publicly. BTW CC said 10 parties interested at AGM. He should not have disclosed anything. I am getting a bullshit feeling.

The BOD will not align their risk with PI. Colin and Clive have always avoided mentioning this. They will act in their own , lifestyle, interest. I hope, like all PI, that a regional O&G company comes in for us but the SP (the market) doubts this will happen.
